Please pass this onto your supervisor. Just wondering when you'll be refunding Seinfeld tickets due to this pandemic and the whole world in a state of emergency? Seems a bit inhumane to stick to policies, no other companies are. People need money right now to pay for basic necessities. Have some decency

Ordered tickets from Ticketmaster and BEFORE CHECKOUT was prompted to buy insurance to prevent loss of money/cost spent on tickets if coronavirus resulted in cancellation of event. Paid $23+ for insurance that only pays if I can prove I am too sick to attend the cancelled event. NO coverage the Allianz insurance paperwork tells you, AFTER you pay for insurance, to refund $300+ spent for tickets!!! Of course, trusting the misleading and false advertisement on Ticketmaster promising 100% coverage, I only read the fine print deep in the insurance paperwork when the ticketed event was cancelled. NO REFUND IF EVENT CANCELLED BY VENUE OR PROMOTER. False and misleading advertising.

Just wanted to vent... I will not be using your services again. I purchased tickets to an event (incuding the $16 for insurance) but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event was rescheduled for a later time (which we cannot attend on). But even with insurance, we are being denied a refund (unless the Event Provider says to offer refunds). This is ridiculous, and I will not be using ticketmaster again!

Cannot recommend these guys. I bought tickets to a recent concert. The tickets were sent to my phone, which was the only option. All was fine until concert day when I could not find the barcode for the tickets ! It had simply vanished resulting in having to stand in a line to get paper tickets !

Biggest piece of crap company ever. They charge outrageous fees to do nothing but screw up getting into events with their crappy way to access tickets. May not ever attend another event if I have to buy tickets from these greedy losers..

I am one of those consumers who refuse go to any event where I am forced to be a slave to the TICKETMASTER. I am a big fan of an up and coming band and they are booked for a concert (Rufus du Sol) in my town (Chicago) this May. The tickets are reasonably priced at $47.50, but I am forced to buy those tickets through the licensed scalper monopoly - TICKETMASTER. So the additional fees (service fee, handling fee, taxes, etc.) bring my ticket price to over $80 - about $33.00 extra. I have actually considered driving to see the band at their Indianapolis concert, where the tickets are sold through Eventbrite and the service fees total $7.50. No, it would not be cheaper after having to 6 hours, and paying for gas and lodging, but I would feel much better about not giving my hard earned dollars to the monopoly scalpers and making them richer. I refuse to do that, even if it means I don't see this band that I really like. I will end up just passing on this tour and hope the next time they come to Chicago, they have a different booking agent that will not rip me off. Sorry, Rufus du Sol, I love your music, but I have to stand by my principles. If you have weak ticket sales, it may not be that you don't have a strong fan base, it may be that you have a bad ticketing agent.
The only way entertainers and promoters ("LIVENATION" in this case) will get the message that they are losing ticket sales, is through messages like these from fans who refuse to be subjugated by the TICKETMASTER monopoly. This is not the first time I have not gone to a concert because of THE TICKETMASTER TOLL, but I am tired of missing out on entertainment because I have to pay the TICKETMASTER TOLL to enjoy that entertainment. Consumers need to band together and boycott the TICKETMASTER MONOPOLY SCALPER TOLL.
It's way past the time to LIBERATE the consumer (and the entertainers) from the TICKETMASTER.

Bought tickets for a show which then didn’t appear in our account history so we can’t transfer them to another party.
Their customer service is terrible, you cannot get through on the phone, there is no live chat and the faq is limited and only covers certain topics.
I would never advise anyone to use them and we’ll never use them again

Waited in queue for 15 minutes. Got to queue. Spent 15 minutes selecting 3 tickets, only to be told AFTER being showed tickets and selecting the 20 times and going through CC process that 3 is too many, because this dumb site didn't know that when I asked for three. Can I change the number requested? Of course not, that wouldn't be stupid and everything about ticketmaster is dumb. Kicked out of my place, back in queue and of course now there are no tickets available. Screw you ticketmaster you suck almost as bad as Donald Trump.

How are we stuck with this horrible company as our only option for most shows? I hate ticketmaster any everyone and anything that has anything to do with it's existence. Bots, scalpers and ticketmaster re-selling marked up tickets is about all you're going to get. I hope the owner dies a horrible, painful death along with his company

Useless, tried to book tickets, wasted 20 minutes filling in everything and when I got to verification it got stuck. When I rang the Saatchi gallery to complain, they told me yes this happens a lot. So not going to their exhibition and they have lost £42. Why use a company which is not fit for purpose.

The other Trust Pilot site sponsored by Ticketmaster is a joke. 4* plus rating?? Disgraceful.
This Page is full of the real reviews!
Ticket master have not mastered the delivery of tickets! or anything else. Terrible service and BS fob off's
Shame on you and I will never order off you again.
We go to the theatre in London 6 times a year and Brighton about the same. We buy theatre tickets for friends and family as birthday gifts and Christmas.
We will continue to do so but not through Ticketmaster.
My wife ordered tickets on the 18th November and we were told they were dispatched on 20th Nov. Now 20th Dec and no tickets, just a thread of poor service emails from GRAYSON.
He said we should have ordered tracked postage. we paid extra international postage and the option for tracking was not available.
We ordered tickets for Chicago in Melbourne for our son and his girlfriend, we are in the UK and we are flying them back for a family Christmas and the tickets are one of their gifts from us.
We are being told that to pick physical tickets up at the theatre is possible at a charge of 7.5 dollars each but the purchaser has to be there to pick them up with card used and photo ID?
So Ticketmaster think we are going to fly out to Australia to pick up the tickets?? Morons!!
Firstly our son who the tickets are for should be able to pick them up.
Secondly why should we pay extra? did we lose the tickets??
We took out insurance but reading through that not sure how it will help.
DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER! read the real reviews here and look at the rating. They are an absolute disgrace.

I bought tickets for full price plus fees through Ticketmaster for Disney on Ice. If I had waited I got an advertisement from Disney to buy the same tickets for buy 1 get 1 free without the Ticketmaster fees. Ticketmaster would not help me get any financial restitution for the tickets. I will not use Ticketmaster ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to purchase tickets for a child's show, I could have bought another ticket and a half if I had paid their "fees!" Why do venues use these thieves!? As you can see in the photos, the FEES are ALL Ticketmaster! Even the "facility fee." I paid 69.50 per ticket X 4, the face value at the Venue! There was no facility fee, processing fee or service fee. NONE. Isn't processing and service the same thing?? Ticket master are crooks! I went to the venue and saved almost a 100$ in FEES!! Well worth the drive. The only way I can not pay these ridiculous fees is by going in person. Venues should just set up online purchasing through them, do $5 a ticket flat fee and would still make money. Everywhere, except "paid" endorsements does TM have more than a 1 star rating! Wake up venues and stop allowing Ticketmaster to rob your guests!!! LETS PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS! DO not use them!! Go to the venue whenever possible and do not hand over your hard earned money!!!!

This company sucks and they clearly have no incentive to fix it yet. We need a competitor to take over market share and be better to its customers and the process. This company and their product is TERRIBLE. Literally the worst. Reminds me of how terrible Comcast was back in the early 2000’s. They just suck

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for Jerry Seinfeld at The Reno Event Center on June 6, 2019. I purchased the tickets for my husbands birthday. As the date of the event approached, Saturday October 9, 2019, I received a few emails from Ticketmaster about the event.
On the date of the event I attempted to download the tickets to my cell phone. The link came up but when I clicked on it I got a message that said "You have no upcoming events at this time." I tried several times with no success. When we got to the venue we went to the box office with the order number. They told me that the number was not a Ticketmaster number, so they checked the seat numbers and told us that the tickets were in someone else's name. I asked them if they could check to see if someone was sitting in those seats they would not do that. All the employees in the box office were trying to help, they even took my phone to try to download the tickets but were unsuccessful. I tried to call Ticketmaster customer service but of course they were closed. Feeling very unset and frustrated all we could do was leave. I was in tears.
The next day I called Ticketmaster customer service to get a refund. They explained to me that I had purchased resale tickets from someone else selling their tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I was totally confused and had no idea that anyone with tickets could resell them using the Ticketmaster website. After a Long conversation with customer service the conclusion was the name on the original tickets was not transferred into my name by Ticketmaster. The associate I talked to told me that an investigation would have to be done and they would contact me with the results.
I called Ticketmaster once a week for three weeks with no answer about my refund. Finally I called again on Thursday November 14, 2019 and was told I would not be receiving a refund. Can you imagine how I felt? My husband and I are below poverty level, I had to sell some of my dead mothers jewelry to be able to even buy these tickets for my husband. I paid $438.84 for a service that we didn't get, and it was out of my control. It was a Ticketmaster error yet we are being punished.
