Love the clothes, packaging very environmentally friendly. One negative thing is I’ve worn one of the cotton tops once and some stitching is coming out. I don’t have the packaging anymore to return it, but should be able to restitch myself. Hopefully just a one off

Your website is easy to search through and you have lots of lovely items! All clearly state materials that things are made from which is something I am conscious of these days. Purchase was easy and delivery prices were clear. I requested delivery abroad as I was buying a gift for a friend and the item arrived quickly and a day earlier than expected. Of course the scarf itself was lovely and my friend was very happy!

Lovely tights which are very soft and warm and clearly good quality. My only negative is that they are very long and have enormous feet spaces! This might be because I am rounder than I should be for my height!

I ordered two pairs of the mens trousers, which arrived quickly, and nicely packaged in a strong paper parcel (no plastic!). The sizes are a little on the large side, so I returned them for the size down. The returns and re-ordering processes were very easy. The trousers are excellent, a nice fit and look great.

Your service was fine but Aramex was not. I kept getting suspicious messages and emails asking for an import payment before they would deliver my package. When I tried to contact them directly to find out if it was legitimate they didn’t reply. After a more than a week I finally got through to someone and they were curt and basically hung up on me after telling me to pay the additional fee. It did not fill me with confidence. After I paid the fee and the tracking showed that, I got another email asking me to pay the fee. It was less than pleasant.
