I bought a pair of these socks while visiting Scotland. They are very comfortable, don't cut into the leg and wash like a dream. Couldn't find any in the states so I ordered directly from Thought and received my order quickly. Would recommend purchasing.

Despite my being a bit disappointed with my order (which is why I've rated 4 not 5 stars) - customer service handled things excellently. I ordered two items - only one arrived but when I raised this with Thought they dealt with my enquiry really quickly and refunded the item that hadn't arrived (it was out of stock). The remaining jumper that did arrive was great quality and good value but the colour didn't suit me. Again the refund was really prompt.
