The connection at TC end was slow, tripping out - took four attempts to book online my experience was dismal to the point if the last time i tried to book i could not complete the booking you would have lost the holiday.

When I started completing the form it was very slow and I had to do a refresh at the end and start again. After this it was quick and easy. I would have given it 5 stars had it been like this in the first place.

ok but after being accused of stealing at a t/c hotel last year and being told that they got the wrong one and having to be moved to this hotel last year before i put the arrogant bar manager through the wall (who accused me) with no apoligy what so ever my faith in t/c is not good atm. hopefully we will have a lovely holiday

The price changed overnight! After booking I didn’t receive a confirmation email till the next day but got a message saying it might not have been booked had to phone and be kept on hold for a long time caused some anxiety. Quiet difficult to find out price and to change details.

Holiday booked , deposit paid ....but have not received confirmation by email and cannot log in... have had 2 live chats ( yesterday after booking holiday and today) to be told there are problems and to try again later today ot tomorrow ...... I don't even have booking reference..... pretty disappointing tbh

I booked the holiday with no problem online , I upgraded to a beach room as it’s my 30th wedding anniversary and I had been trying to find out more details on the web site and on trip advisor regarding the beach room assumed it would a room leading directly on to the beach . I was contacted on my mobile phone on Saturday by Sam customer service representative who stated he would look into it, he sent me an email back to say beach room meant a beach view . I replied to him that I thought that was odd as most of the apartments look like they face the beach/sea ad wondered if it was value for money . its Very confusing as it’s not described as beach view like sea view is . I’m still awaiting his reply

Initial enquires made in Silverburn, one staff member exceptionally helpful, the other kept saying that all info available online. Went into Largs as changed the duration and systems were Dow. On return to Largs store a number of days later one member of staff tried to assist although systems were slow and eventually left asking staff to email finds. No follow up by Largs, no call to find out of information was helpful, useful or if I wanted to book.

took to long to book web keeper locking up when we try to book our seats it keep asking me to edit my seates but can not do so. there are no email address or phone number to contact anyone. to ask what is going wrong. HOW CAN YOU BOOK ANYTHING ( LIKE EXTRA LEG-ROOM) IF THERE IS NO WAY TO DO IT . Its crazy

Poor web page.
I usually will use the tui web page whilst looking for holidays as it is easy to use and I can go back and look at other resorts quickly .
I book with Thomas cook as they have a resort that I like.
Thomas cook flight staff are very good also

I booked with Thomas Cook, however the flight was with EasyJet. EasyJet’s self service check in and bag drop was very time consuming as many passengers don’t have a clue how to use them. There was four agents there to offer assistance, couldn’t they just have sat behind the desk and checked in passengers. Would have made the whole experience quicker. I love Thomas Cook, you are a great airline. EasyJet cheapen your brand.

I selected to make the booking as I went to proceed to pay it says there has been an error with the website it hasn't updated, then I had to go back and start again by time I went to put it through it said the room was unavailable ? even tho it said 2 available and had to select a upgrade room. However I went back on this morning and theres still 2 available but for me to change this is a £100 admin fee so I may as well leave the upgrade room on it. Apart from that it was great and I found you was the best price online! Thankyou

Don't know what the issue was but I got error messages when trying to pay.
Beyond that, room was listed as "balcony" - being up a floor with a private balcony but booking says "or terrace" which is not what I better get...!

Average because I didn’t receive a confirmation page to check details after setting up my direct debit. As a result I had booked the wrong date. Took two lengthy calls to resolve and the date I wanted was more expensive. The call center operator who resolved it then didn’t give me the full ten per cent discount on the greater amount that was the promotional offer so still £110 out of pocket ☹️

OK until it came to making payment when it just wouldn't accept it. Tried desktop and kindle but same problem. In the end managed to book the holiday using my daughter's smartphone.
