Pretty easy to use, selecting destinations straightforward, and then resorts within those destinations. Bit harder to choose appropriate airports to fly out from - option of London all airports is a bit vague - living in Hertfordshire, there are only two airports I want to fly from. Probably similar if you were Midlands based that you may not have a preference over Nott's/Brum airports. Managed to sort further down the process but did mean a lot of options were initially Gatwick based which we didn't want

We always use TC because of reliability, being able to choose flight seats, meals and xtra luggage at booking, so we can just forget relax.Also on-line check in is painless.

The connection at TC end was slow, tripping out - took four attempts to book online my experience was dismal to the point if the last time i tried to book i could not complete the booking you would have lost the holiday.

we have to book for school holidays so finding the right price is always a problem
the holiday we found with you fitted our options well so would book again if the price was right.
probably did not need 2 hold luggage if that would have kept the cost down

Booking crashed and was advised to wait 24 hours to check to make sure we were not charged twice. I called the bank the next morning who confirmed there was no payment pending. I called Thomas cook and rather than apologies for the inconvenience and sort my booking I was told to book it again online as it was now cheaper. It wasn’t cheaper at all but I am glad I managed to grab one of the last remaining rooms and get the Holiday I originally wanted.

If things go wrong it’s how you deal with it that counts and the reaction was poor on this occasion I’m afraid.
