Brought a car blower, the video was misleading, sent it back and waiting 3 weeks for my refund.

No refund so had to call to chase.

Poor service.

Have used this company a few times now and there service is outstanding, placed an order on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday morning before lunch.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Good selection and well packaged.

Used ultimate finish for over three years spent thousands from products, to polishers, pads, to lights. Customer service is second to none

Do not do no courses with ultimate finish. They do no teach you what they state on their website. They just want to grab your money and dont care about your learning. The teacher Matt was not flexible in terms of what I wanted to learn. He was giving me wrong information which I then had to verify with professional detailers. The mentor complains frequently about how he is unhappy about the company he is working for and the pay. He does not give learners no guide to detailing just on the go learning basis, no professionalism. It was a waste of money for me and I wish I went to slims detailing.

Placed my first order with them for a fairly expensive item, which was back ordered. Ultimate Finish kept me informed at every opportunity and left me with no questions that needed answering.

It’s refreshing to find customer service this good, in a world where it seems to be a long forgotten thing.

Will definitely order with them again.

So using the site is a fairly good experience and product lines are varied and well presented. And that unfortunately is where the positives end.
Order Fulfilment is woeful - they are not setup to fulfil Saturday delivery so why on earth they advertise the service is mind boggling. The fulfilment centre / packing seems to go to sleep for 2 days and do nothing - until prompted. Customer service are clueless as to what "Customer Service" actually means. They are clueless as to what honoring a contract actually means. If that's important to you I suggest you avoid. There are plenty of other suppliers in this space - and a couple of extra pence spent in all likelihood will be well justified.

This is the 2nd time this has happened. Select item no problem. Place order and as soon as conformation arrives THEN it says item out of stock and allow 5 days, not when ordering. So having waited 14 days rang and told item still out of stock yet 5 days ago it showed item in stock. If you've forgotten the order just say so. I cannot be doing with an ordering system that's as much use as a chocolate fireguard, especially one that doesn't seem to know what it has or how many it has. Certainly not twice. Try an apology, it goes far further than indifference. Better still at least refund the postage.

I placed an order on line around 3pm and received a confirmation email. At 10pm I received a dispatch notice and at 10am the next day the package arrived. Really well packed and everything as ordered. Less than 19 hours from order to delivery does not get much better than that.

I put a poor review on here previously as I was not happy with the service and quality of the Stormshield tailormade car cover as it suffered UV degregation, however since then "Jez" has contacted me and I shall soon be receiving a replacement car cover, which is great news. I shall be reviewing the car cover over the summer here in Spain to offer Ultimate finish a feedback on the quality of the UV residence of the new cover. Well done Jez for getting everything positively sorted for me.

Fantastic value for money and range of products. The Ultimate Snow Foam is by far the best on the market.

Order some detailing products for my other half at 5 o'clock on Monday and the courier knocked on my door at 11am this morning. That is very quick. The items were very well packaged, thanks UF!

Leaking Product No After Sales support
I've just taken delivery of my first order from theultimatefinish.co.uk.
Started out great with a really good price and reasonable delivery times.
However, on opening the box I found that one of the bottles had leaked.
I contacted ultimatefinish via mail to see what could be done and they just don't respond.
Tried a couple of their mail addresses and the phone number with no joy. Poor customer service, I won't be using them again

Ordered items on 2 occasions and paid over £21.00 for next day delivery one order took 11 days to arrive the other one took 5 days to arrive. Have sent several emails to their customer services department and they don’t even bother replying. Will not use them again as they are not the best prices on the internet and their customer services are non-existent. From my experience Ultimate Finish could not care less whether you get your products next day or not but will happily take your money for next day service.

Hello. I have purchased a week ago, a 2000 BMW Z3, and I was looking for a car cover for her. Through my Internet research I had found this business Ultimate Finish; I was looking at their selections and found the car cover I want to purchase. Well, I had trouble with ordering on the website and it gave me an error but with an quoting number suggesting I call the phone number to receive help. It was on the weekend during this so I had called twice but no answer.

So the following Monday of this week, I received a missed call. It was this company, and Katy was calling to help me with my order! I have never experienced this before. What a wonderful surprise that a company purely cares for its customers! Happily I was able to complete my order on the telephone with Katy, and I have received my car cover in two days following.

For that hospitality, I give this company out of fives stars, five stars! I will most definitely purchase from them again as well as recommend to others. Thank you!

Cant say enough good things about this ours cars are like showroom cars would recommend to anyone to get one of these.

I've used a number of similar companies in the past which to be fair have always performed well but I always felt like there was room for improvement. Ultimate Finish are always very quick with their delivery times, most of the time it is next working day even on larger orders.

I was very impressed with the prices on offer and when I had to call them to discuss an order they were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

I've used Ultimate Finish many times now and they have always been completely reliable and quick. Packages are always well protected and as ordered. Quick word about their courier, they have also always been excellent. Can't recommend these guys enough. Rob

I stumbled upon ultimatefinish a few weeks ago and have been continually looking at car detailing products, to which I eventually ordered some bits and was very impressed with the fast delivery and quality of products received. Normally I pop to Halfords to fulfil my detailing needs, as they have a fairly respectable selection, but since ordering from ultimatefinish, Halfords just lost a customer, they make Halfords look like a corner shop selling penny sweets. The loyalty system they have in place seems pretty good, and there's no doubt I will rack up the costs in years to come, so future discount will be great. The prices as well are bang on in comparison to the market, if not cheaper. Another plus which I really liked was their detailing forum, really good idea, and really means you can talk to other people about products you are thinking about buying, or different techniques, methods and so on. Ultimatefinish is awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone, only thing I'm gutted about is that I didn't find this website sooner.
