I ordered a duckegg coloured rug from the rugseller.when it arived to my didapointment it was more a lime green.i complained to the store who insisted it was duckegg.they asked for a photo.when i sent them one they said it was the resolution on my phone and insisted i pay the postage for returns.appaling customer service to be called a liar

Fantastic service. Especially with the situation at the moment. The rug’s darker than i was expecting. But that’s still great. I didn’t want anything too pale. It tones in with everything in my sitting room. I bought the Enola Rust. It really cheered me up. Knowing i didn’t waste my money!!

Never used or heard of this website before buying my rug and found whilst googling. Was really happy with the variety and the one we bought in the end is good quality, looks as is on the website and is a great addition to our living room. Price is good and similar to other brands selling similar products. You get 10% off as a new customer too. The dispatch and delivery was quick considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and everything is slowed down. Would definitely buy again.

First purchase from this company ; I’ve been looking at their website for a while.
Super value for money and customer care experience first class.
I bit the bullet and went in for two rugs.
They arrived on the day very well packaged yet easy to open.
The quality is good enough for my cat to to sink into, so what better testimony could you ask for!

Amazing service, good quality product, arrived promptly within a few days (despite the current pandemic challenges) and was packaged well. I tried 2 other companies to get the same rug and they cost more and did not deliver after 3 attempts of trying. Pricing is very reasonable and I would use this company again and recommend to others.
