Very unhelpful with changing delivery address though it is addressed to the same individual. Had to wait 4 hours at construction site for my parcel to be delivered.

Ordered Brand new Watch via web. The watch turned up poorly packaged watch roll in box with no padding to stop it bouncing around in transit.
The watch roll with watch was not the correct item the outer box was missing the extra strap was not there and the strap removal tool was also missing.
Not the service I expect when buying an expensive luxury watch.
For an apparently decent Jewlers shoddy customer service will never use again.

The ring was nice but a bit dirty. The packaging was poor, the ring box was in an envelope, it did not look like the parcel came from a reputable diamond store. They need to up their game with the packaging, as it's not even close to the expectation. Also, their warranty for all diamond rings is only 1 year, their competitors offer 5 or even 10 years for rings that cost the same so it raises questions why their warranty is only 1 year when the similar competitors offer 10 times longer warranty. The ring is nice but I'm let down by poor presentation/packaging and short warranty period.

I had a problem with the item i ordered - it was a fine gucci bracelet which snapped on a link after less than a week. TH Baker replaced my item and paid the postage within a couple of days. Will use again. Highly recommended
