In spite of the bubble wrap the plastic tub was cracked on the bottom and some of the contents had spilled into the delivery box. Had to transfer to a plastic box.

Well as always the parts arrived in good time and well packaged. However, the slide valves I purchased requires an insert on each side to receive the pipe. These were not with the valves. I can not find them on the website so I called the phone number to get help. The man on the phone could not find, nor understand what parts I need. I was told I would have a call from a technical person the following day which never happened so I am now left with an unfunctioning filter and useless slide valves!!!!
