Both sales and delivery staff were exceptionally helpful, and furniture was quickly set up at the top of our steep garden. It looks very good and solid,with very easy extension from 6 to 8-seater table.
The only thing missing is an FSC sustainability certificate, though Indonesian Government do guarantee it.

My parents are delighted with the recently delivered teak garden furniture from your company. It was worth the wait and we understand the international challenges meaning it was delayed in transit.
At all stages I have found the staff at Sustainable Furniture very amenable and professional and would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.
Also note that our delivery agent Peter was only too happy to help bring the packages into their back garden with my help.
It’s great to know there are British based companies such as yours and we will be ordering a further umbrella in time.

I enquired about the delivery arrangements of a large table as the website is not clear. I was informed that they will only deliver to the kerb, leaving me to arrange to bring it inside and take the pallet to the recycling plant. The agent couldn't see any issue with this.
EDITED TO ADD. Appreciate the response. Shame the agent didn't mention any of this, even when I asked. I found her quite curt and matter-of-fact. Having a large table dumped at the kerb with no help to take inside is not ideal and I would have happily paid extra for a more complete service. I know there are challenges with the pandemic, but there is no rule prohibiting 2-person deliveries and other companies are managing to do it.

I ordered a large bench seat pad and a cushion pad. I was very pleased with the items- really well made, reasonably priced and strong fabric. I needed to send one back as I had ordered the wrong size; the company dealt with the refund promptly. I liked the bench pads so much I ordered another one! Delivery was also super speedy. Highly recommended.

Would have been four starts as I actually love the chairs except.... When unwrapped the cardboard inside the bubble-wrap was damp, the chairs were mouldy, & I don't mean a little, I mean covered in mould. I spent a few hours wiping the mould off the chairs & wondering if this will impact the wood in years to come?
The company have obviously struggled with this issue before as there were 7 silicone packs inside the cardboard, so be informed this has not solved your issue.
Chairs seem comfy & well made, one in perfect condition, the other had two wobbly arms, one arm I have managed to secure using the tightening screw, the other arm remains wobbly despite my attempts to resolve this.

Website said 2.4 reclaimed teak open slatted table was instock. To confirm, as asked via the chat to check availability, at first they said probably avail;able, but when i asked to confirm, they went away and came back confirming they had some in stock. That was Monday, with a delivery date of between 2 and 4 working days.
I’ve just called for an update, only to find out they have none instock and it will be a while before they have that stile available. Website still states its instock. Glad i called, as i would still be waiting for my delivery next week.
Not impressed, cancelled order, and will take my business elsewhere

I can't recommend the Sustainable Furniture company enough - not only for their lovely products, I'm the happy owner of a beautiful subtly coloured rattan armchair that's made my kitchen look beautiful, but primarily for their superb customer service. Recently purchased a teak table and two chairs for my garden. Covid obviously causing problems with supply but still found the staff to be very helpful in sorting out when and how my order could be put together and dispatched.
The quality of the teak furniture is superb, excellent craftsmanship and packaged really really well. Delivery was overnight once items were in stock.
The two ladies I dealt with were a credit to themselves and the company and especially in these difficult times

Website says 2-seat sofas are in stock for delivery in 3-5 working days so after browsing, comparing and finally selecting a sofa then on placing order told not in stock. Tried two others sofas with same result. On contacting an agent was told nothing available until August at the earliest. So the website is misleading.

Excellent quality product, and very helpful customer service. An extra item was incorrectly delivered to us and this was collected again the following day with no hassle & all social distancing properly observed. A separate package went missing via Royal Mail during all the covid-19 stress and this was immediately re-despatched to us. Perfect job under very unusual and stressful circumstances, have just placed a second order.

I ordered Octagonal table and chairs, I received excellent communication throughout. Tamsyn went out of her way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it.... Which was urgently! The items arrived promptly... Again with great communication from the courier and well packaged. The table and chairs are stunning and well worth what I paid. Would definitely recommend.

We bought a kitchen sideboard / storage unit on line at 16:30 on the 6th March. We were contacted by the delivery team the next day and we and took delivery the at 9:30 am on the 8th March.
Not bad considering we are on an isolated farm on the North Yorkshire moors. They took note that the farm access is via a small road and narrow cattle grid, suitable only for a van.
They texted us estimated arrival time too.
Well done, could not have done better.
Plus the sideboard is perfect.
