80% of my garage home gym is made up of Strengthshop kit, good products at an affordable price with fantastic customer service to boot, I had an issue with an order I placed recently (Missing bits) and raised this with the support team who sent out replacement parts the next day

Could not recommend more! BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. Extremely easy to deal with. Brilliant company with great communication. Ordered elbow sleeves and when they arrived they were too tight so needed to exchange for next size up. No problem at all and fantastic communication from company throughout. Also products are of the top quality, will be using again.

Fantastic build quality and great customer service. Despite lockdown they've been able to ship items very quickly. When there was a minor issue with one of the products ordered, they arranged for the item to be replaced within 24 hours without any faff or fuss. Fantastic!

I've used Strength Shop numerous times and contacted them a few times. Each time their customer service is top notch, super friendly and helpful staff that are happy to help in anyway they can.
I asked for a very obscure request (asking for an item that is normally part of a set) and they sorted it out for me within a day, going above and beyond.

Brilliant Customer Service and an all round 5 star service.
I received my Flat Bench V2 today and I have to say the quality is unreal, especially considering their very competitive prices and it feels really solid. Easy to put together as well.
I had ordered some other equipment from Strengthshop.ie on pre-order but changed my mind around 2 weeks after placing my order. I contacted them to cancel and they refunded me almost instantly. Their very understanding and helpful attitude made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
Overall just a great experience and couldn't go wrong shopping with Strength Shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my gym equipment. Top class

Strength Shop really surprised me with their customer service, I had a small issue with an item in my order so I emailed immediately.
First the response I got was prompt, and it also solved my issue with zero fuss. Strengthshop probably wouldn't have been my first option for buying equipment, but it will be going forward.

Have placed several orders with strength shop over the last couple of months and I have to say their service is top notch. All the items have been great quality, good price (unlike some sellers jacking their prices up) and the delivery times have been great (where they’ve not been let down by courier services - which is understandably out of their control). The minor issues I’ve had have been quickly resolved and response times to emails from Dee and Mathew in their enquiries team have been really fast, super impressed with the effort that this company has gone to with every purchase. Would recommend them to anyone who needs to buy lifting kit or equipment!

Ordered a chest supported row, a riot ssb and a squat wedge and I have to say the items, communication, prices and delivery times were outstanding - especially given the current situation with the pandemic. I have ordered other kit from supposed larger companies and their process has been simply shocking. My only complaint is that strength shop have nothing left otherwise I would’ve bought everything from them. Will definitely buy more and would highly recommend.

Probably one of the best companies I've dealt with in a while. Sent an email enquiring about a wall mounted rig for my home gym. I was after something a slightly different size to the package they offered. I got a reply within about 30 minutes from Matthew. He was really helpful and extremely patient with me, as I wanted to make absolutely certain on some dimensions. I went ahead and ordered the rig. The next day I had email stating I'd been given a £20 refund as the different sized bars I opted for came in a bit cheaper. I wouldn't have known and was really impressed with that. The delivery arrived within a few days and was really well packaged. Slight mix up with two parts that were the wrong size. Matthew was really helpful and apologetic and the next day, the replacements had arrived! I've built the rig up and am super impressed with the quality and sturdiness. Genuinely, a very happy customer. I'll happily shop with these guys again. Thank you!

Just received a 17.5kg rubber hex dumbell. Ordered it on Thursday and it arrived today (Saturday)! I don't ever normally write reviews, but this service was exceptional, especially in these times. Recently I also ordered a barbell and plates from another company and this took well over two weeks to arrive, so I was pleasantly surprised by Strength Shop UK
