Wrong parts and damaged part of trampoline, months of emails and nothing has been done despite promises, terrible and upsetting as it was a lockdown birthday present, could have done without this added stress in difficult times, cannot stress enough DO NOT USE!

AVOID!! Useless company, useless customer service, useless product. Only recieved half of my £300 I ordered, sent atlease 30 emails, no way of calling as they use the excuse their phones are down because of corona, i basically have £300 worth of scrap metal! Company also trades under different names, please read other peoples reviews, and DONT purchase anything from these scammers.

Abusing the coronavirus by still promoting next day delivery on certain items, finance dept obviously working as normal as payment was immediately banked, shame that customer services are not as prompt as after sending next day false tracking number and advising despatch I still have not received my order despite numerous emails I have sent requesting an update. I have been advised to contact trading standards which I did and they are aware of this companies reputation please use all available social media Sites to prevent further people also being conned by these clowns

Absolute zero customer service after giving them ample opportunity to rectify.
At the moment we are still awaiting a refund as after reading the reviews and a set of dodgy e-mails (item dispatched and then it's not x2) I cancelled the order. The order was then delivered in a very roughed up looking box & I refused to accept.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Have raised with credit card company and will be contacting trading standards.

I ordered a 10 ft pool, on Tuesday 2nd June with this company and their usual delivery. Then I looked at this site and saw all the negative comments. This caused me major panic and asking, had I done the right thing with all the negative comments. Like most of you I had the email stating the item was purchased by me and I would be notified when it was out for delivery. To my amazement this morning some 25 hours after I made the purchase it arrived in the box, and additionally wrapped in clear plastic.
I am very pleased with the speedy, intact arrival of my package.

Ordered a treadmill on the 18th April, the email I received didn't say anything about it being a pre order until 28th April. Then on 15th May states it has left the warehouse. Despite numerous emails which u only get an auto reply i haven't been able to contact them and website says call centre is closed. They were quick enough to take the money but no sign of any goods. This company is shocking and will try to get my money back and never use them again!!!!

Would never use again thay sell items thay can't suple and don't respond to emails nothing but a scam stay away

We have purchased from Sport and Leisure UK and despite emailing on multiple times have not received confirmation on when we will receive our purchase. We were told they would receive their stock in May and we are now in June. If you want a product fast or a response to an email - don't use them.

We received an email to say that the weights had been dispatched. Now back to law, when you submit an order you are offering to enter into a legally binding contract. If they then tell you the item is dispatched, then they have formed a legally binding contract.
My husband emailed them, and they just keep on sending an automatic reply. We then called and no response. I read from the terms and conditions. This is where I found their company name. It appears as though, however please note I cannot confirm this, they are taking “pre-orders” for stock they do not. In addition, they also appear to be listing this across all the above websites.
When they are contacted the phoneline does not connect to a person and advices you to email them Okay, we under during the pandemic that this could be viable. We sent emails to both email addresses and received the same automated reply.
Given the pandemic and many people are looking the types of products they sell. This is a disgrace. Please stay clear of this company. It is poorly organised and unresponsive.
I would like to advise people to contact their bank, credit card provider or whichever company you used to pay. They can claim your money back, because they have breached the contract and have denied your statutory rights.
In addition, please contact trading standards.

Same as everyone else, ordered 5th May then received the email informing me of a despatch then subsequent apology previous email sent in error.

Since then no communication from the company despite repeated attempts.

Covid-19 has caused problems for everyone but this company is illustrating how to excel at handling the situation badly.

Unfortunately appears to either be some sort of scam, or incompetent company. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Items allegedly in stock on the 18th of May. Only email from the company has been to tell me that they haven't dispatched my order after an erroneous email saying it had been dispatched. They are also apparently unable to reply to any emails they are sent. Obviously we are prepared to consider some slack given current circumstances, but sending an email to explain where an order is isn't really asking for much.

Same as all the other reviews I have ordered a dumbbell bar set, advised delivery would be 18th May but not received my order. I have emailed their customer service department and got an automatic reply. As with any business now I am more then willing and also expect delays but to receive no update what so ever and also not to be the only one experiencing the same problem I will request a full refund from my card provider.

Ordered a 14 foot trampoline mid April. Paid for it. Told it would arrive quickly. It simply never arrived!! We received nothing from this company as an explanation.
The matter is now with the necessary authorities who will surely looking into this.

Ordered a cross-trainer. Received a rowing machine.

Company collected rowing machine but couldn't swap for cross-trainer as no longer in stock. I'm still awaiting my refund from middle of April.

Was promised it on 12th May, it's now 2nd June.

I'll be seeking legal advice against this company

I didn't want to write a negative review, as I know the company is genuine as my friends have ordered and received their orders without incident. But the service I have received has been very, very poor. I never received confirmation that my order had gone through, I just had to wait to see if the order came. I also received confirmation of shipping and then a follow up email stating that was a mistake.

However, that aside I pre-ordered some dumbbells, waited the 3 weeks stated and I received a package bang-on on time for when they were due, but instead of two dumbbells with 30kg of weights, I received one dumbbell with 12.5kg of weights. Whatever fool packed the box and didn't notice it weighed less than half it should've...

Anyway I have emailed them 3 times now over the past 7 days and all I receive is an automated response each time. Please can I have a response ASAP and the rest of my order?

I ordered a barbell and dumbbell set early May for arrival to Sport and Leisure w/c 18th May for my son's birthday and have had exactly the same response as all the previous reviews we are now past that date and the 7 working days leeway they gave themselves in the autoreply. I am appalled with their customer service as no one can be contacted. I will be complaining to Trading Standards and also speaking to my credit card company reporting them as fraudulent. If they were giving honest updates of their delays I would be more sympathetic but a generic auto reply is not enough. I normally check on here first, wish I had.

My exercise bike, original due in stock 5th May and delayed until 18th May, arrived today. I'm yet to properly ride it, but the bike is new, complete and appears to bea solid piece of kit.

The company has not helped themselves with their approach to comunication and recent customer service, but they they are not fraudulent as many comments here have suggested.

Bought and paid for a trampoline 27th April which was in stock on the website , once money was taken from me the mail confirmation showed as delivery expected WC 25th May. Many emails and no responses apart from one saying it would be delivered and another saying it was an error. Understand supply chain is broken at the moment and things not easy to acquire, but simple customer service would make people much happier, just tell us what is going on. Comforting to know I'm not just the only one.

SCAM - NOT RECEIVED ITEMS IN NEARLY 2 MONTHS. EMAILED ABOUT 10 TIMES AND NO REPLY - ONLY AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE. I WILL BE CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS ASAP TO SHUT THEM DOWN.

Having the same problem as a lot of people. Automated response to my emails, unable to phone them as only an answerphone message.
No sign of my table tennis table or any offer of my money back.
Will probably have to pursue this through other channels to get a refund.
Avoid purchasing from this company!

My partner pre ordered a super curl bar which was supposed to be shipped on the 18th and have sent 5-6 emails and the phones leave a crappy voice message. Should have checked the reviews before ordering as no sign of getting an email back let alone a refund!!!
