Items took an extremely long time to arrive and communication was very poor/non existent when enquiring about their whereabouts. I discovered (in the one email I eventually got back) that the items were not actually in stock when I placed my order (despite the site stating they were), but no one got in touch to inform me this meant there would be a significant delay in me receiving them. I was also told in the email that once in, they would be sent on next day delivery, but they were not. So all in all a disappointing experience, poor customer service and definitely not a shop I would use again.

When I ordered these LED bulbs I did not know they were part of the Sparks group as they were branded under Energy Bulbs. I had purchased electrical items from in the past from Sparks and been satisfied with service and product.
