The food was OK but nothing special. My kids were all happy with their pizzas and my wifes pasta seemed OK, my starter (tomato bruchetta) was very salty though but the worst bit was my main course. I had the mushroom pizza which sounded lovely on the menu - wild mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese and truffle oil (which I love). Unfortunately rather than a drizzle of oil for flavour this this was swimming in oil, with large pools of it all over the pizza, which whilst I love the flavour of truffle oil just made the texture of the whole pizza awful; oily and greasy. None-the-less for the price I though the food was OK, until I received the bill.
I'd chosen to eat there because there were advertising a half price speical offer (part of the governments Eat Out to Help Out scheme). When the bill came the discount was wrong, I checked the maths using my phone and realised they'd applied half price to mine and my wife's meals but none of the kids food. I assumed it was just a mistake which would be easy to fix but the following series of events was where the customer service just became appauling;
- The manager in the restaurant wasn't able to explain why the discount was wrong, after I explained it to him he still seemed lost and over his head and just told me I'd have to pay and contact head office who would check it and refund any overcharge
- I reluctantly did so, because I was on holiday and didn't want to waste my time arguing
- When I emailed their head office they said that childrens meals weren't included in the offer. I sent them a link to the government guidance which made clear they were and they replied that they'd decided not to include them. Aside from the fact they aren't allowed to change the schemes the first I heard of this was the day after I ate there as it wasn't mentioned on their menu or anywhere in their posters for the offer.
All in all I wouldn't eat here again. The food isn't awful but isn't anything special and certainly not enough to make up for the poor service and the fact that they charge you more than their menu and advertising says they will. I wish I'd read all the other
reviews when deciding where to eat so I'd known to go elsewhere!

Awful place avoid at all cost. Staff are miserable like there dog has died and I’m not being funny if you don’t like your job leave simple and that big dope with the glasses is deffo in wrong job. Took ages for food to come and even served people who came after us with food before even asking for our drinks order. Never again will I go there. It’s also freezing cold no atmosphere and seats are like a park bench rock hard. The place needs a shake up !!!! Wake up owner before your business goes to floor.!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Took for ages to seat me. Took ages to take order. When my sparkling water coffee finally appeared there was no apology of time it took. Then had to ask for bread as they never asked. Finally food arrived Luke warm and tasted of nothing and I mean nothing just some tomato sauce stuff over some spaghetti. Also like a child’s portion, lucky I ordered bread. Also froze and whole place was Not properly heated even staff said it was freezing when I paid my bill for just one, me of £26. I have no idea how this place has been open for as long as they claim absolutely amazing. Not once did any one apologies.

We visited Spaghetti House in Westfield London today. The staff was rude, and the food simply plain. Fairly expensive, as the bill was topped with a 12,5% service charge. Will never go there again.

Went to the branch 66 Haymarket today, we arrived around 13.15 we were taken and offered a table situated between two other tables with diners either side. There were no more than five tables taken so not crowded, we asked to sit at the window as I have a walking cane and wasn't going to be easy being cramped in. We were then given menus the reason we went in was they had two and three course specials. We had to ask for the menus and when we did the waitress asked what do you want to see it. We were then approached by another server who was better but quit abrupt, the food came and was luke warm and quite honestly looks and tasted like it was microwaved. My dish was completely dry and I had to put olive oil on it, my friends wasn't much better. When the bill came I asked to have the service charge removed and I always tip well but not on this occasion.
