Although the wardrobe doors I purchased from Spaceslide are excellent quality - they do not fit. As I live outside the area where Spaceslide fit doors - I had to fit them myself. This is where the problems started as the doors supplied were too large. Despite many phone calls and emails they have still to resolve the issue which has now gone on for over 2 months. Their stance is that I must have supplied the wrong measurements and they are unwilling to consider anything else that may be amiss. I have trebled checked my measurements which are spot on but all I get from customer services is the doors should fit and that I must be doing something wrong. Getting in touch with Customer Services is a nightmare. Using the phone you are added to a queue but when you get to the front of the queue you are repeatedly cut-off and are unable to leave a voice message. If you do manage to leave a message they never ring you back. Using email is just as bad as they hardly ever respond – when somebody did ring me after a 7 day wait they apologised giving me the reason for the delay as “I was on holiday last week”.
I would not recommend you buy anything from this company especially if you intend to fit the doors yourself as the after sales customer help service is the worst I have ever experienced.

No problems at all and called me with a delivery time and was not late. Carried the door inside the house and put it where i wanted it. Fantastic glass door.

Delighted with our new sliding wardrobe doors. Everything was very efficient from our visit to the showroom to delivery. Very pleased with the look and quality.

I don't do reviews but on this occasion I have to say a very simple ordering experience followed by great communication regarding delivery. Delivered when they said they would fitted perfect and looks fantastic. So would I use again or recommend this company thats a big fat yes, well done Spaceslide.

Called 3 times - always voicemail - always a message saying their mailbox is full. Delivery was incomplete and I would like to know what is going on! 5 days later still no news - no call - no email.

we went to the Litchfield showroom they were very helpful and we ordered
the doors there, the delivery was on time and good service but there was no
Track set and one Mirrored door was damaged, the backing of the mirror was scratched which showed on the mirrored side.The call handler was
helpful but had to make another two calls to be sure the problem was being
dealt with a call back or email would have helped,had to wait a week for the Track set and door but didn't take the damaged door the delivery driver said
he had no instructions to take it have to wait a week for it to be picked up.we are very pleased with the doors now they are fitted it's a good product, we just had couple of problems which were dealt with

I went to the showroom in Hemel Hempstead and spoke to Tom who was very professional then they sent someone round to survey my order to check measurements,being fitted in 3 weeks so far a very happy customer

No problem with the the product itself but customer service was poor in regards to an item that was the incorrect size due to spaceslides mistake. Was sorted eventually but disappointed in service I recieved!

Absolutely perfect product, can't recommend them enough, fitting was even easier than they made out. The only downside I have is when they were delivered, the delivery guys up and left before I could even check the product for damage

12 weeks and still waiting........!!!
Ordered sliding doors with interior fittings almost 12 weeks ago having handed over almost £5K.
Very poor customer service where they give you deadlines and then nothing, where you end up chasing them and then to top it off they claim to have tried to contact me when clearly no such thing has happened.
I would not recommend

Doors were better than expected. This is the second time that I have used Spaceslide and they were perfect both times.

Great advice and service

Glass doors are fantastic. In my opinion the one I saw for double price looks exactly the same, so what for to pay twice for the same thing. We went to Hemel Hempstead show room to see how our doors looks. The customer service was brilliant. The delivery was very quick , not even 3 weeks. Before they came a very nice lady ring us and explain what will happen with my orders.
We definitely recommend this company and will buy from Spaceslide again :)

My order arrived within two weeks of order. I was kept up to date on delivery before hand and on the day. They delivered into the room I requested. The product was easy to fit and adjust and looks great!
