We ordered our wardrobe from the Basingstoke showroom and our order was completed by Daniela who was very helpful and professional. The installer Steve did an excellent job fitting the wardrobe in a quick and professional way, he was very friendly and helpful ( he also likes his tea). I would recommend Spaceslde to everyone, very reasonable price compared to a lot of companies and the quality is excellent, it also looks great. Thank you

Prior to ordering I spent a significant amount of time researching companies (including having home visits from a couple of major brands who were significantly overpriced) and came across spaceslide. I had looked at ordering their product through Screwfix wardrobes but this provides a reduced colour selection only. Fortunately spaceslide then had a discount sale which improved the price significantly! I required to fit 4 sliding doors into a slanted ceiling, fortunately spaceslide’s measurement guide works very well. Delivery of the doors, runners and motion detecting lights (these are a lovely touch by the way), was very efficient. I installed these myself (note having read reviews of angled ceiling brackets I decided to cut angled wooden blocks instead). During installation one of the doors fell over and cracked one of the glass panels. After contacting spaceslide (they took a little while to respond but came back after 1 week), they offered to replace the door free of charge, including collecting the damaged one. I thought this was simply excellent customer service. Overall now installed, the doors with soft close, look and operate beautifully and I would highly recommend using spaceslide.

Questionable design service and patchy customer service. Ordered two fitted wardrobes earlier this year. Fitters arrived to discover designer had failed to measure properly meaning too many units and not enough hanging space. After second visit the doors were too tall but third time lucky wardrobes finally fitted. Placed complaint with their customer service dept months ago and still awaiting a resolution.

We ordered 7 units and we could only make 3 of up as the other 4 had parts damaged. This stuff isn’t cheap for flat pack but it isn’t particularly well packaged. When reported the staff were helpful and apologetic but it still then took 4 weeks to get the replacement units. Now all made up the units look great.

From the phone call to book an appointment to final installation the company were lovely to deal with. There was a really good choice and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The finished wardrobes are lovely. Very good quality and beautifully fitted and finished. We are so pleased with them, we would happily recommend Spaceslide to anyone.

Great furniture and clean and tidy installation

Today the guys came and fitted our wardrobes and bedroom furniture. Worked super hard all day, left the room clean and tidy. Absolutely thrilled, looks fabulous and excellent quality. From Andy to the lady who arranged the installation to the guys that came, a smooth excellent service. Definitely recommend. Great value for money. Thank you, Louise and Darren.

Units were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

The space slide doors i recently purchased ensures that all my bedrooms have them installed, very happy with the product and very easy to fit.

I am writing a disappointed review as I am not happy with the service from Spaceslide in Hemel Hempstead. I had years ago purchased wardrobe doors for four bedrooms, measured and fitted myself and was pleased with product. My daughter wanted the same, but we thought it might be better if they were fitted. £480 for fitting that I know would only take half a day was over priced, so we decided to fit ourselves. I described the doors I wanted three vertical panels white top and bottom and mirrored in the middle. She has now received two white doors and one mirrored door. This could be as order taken over the phone, or because we discussed the sizes and I thought they understood what I wanted. I wished I had ordered online (or that should have been recommended to me) at least that way, we would have received the product we wanted

Arrived early good customers service.

So glad I went to spaceslide for our fitted wardrobes. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sophie was excellent, answering any queries we had along the way. Nothing too much trouble. We have now had our wardrobes fitted and are very happy with them. The fitter was also very polite and did an amazing job. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Would definatley recommend to anyone.

We originally purchased the interiors only for our new wardrobes and was so impressed by the quality went on to buy doors.

Great quality and fit.
The quality of their products, even the cheaper version we had installed, is better than our pre-fitted wardrobes by our house builder. The workmanship and fitting is excellent. No issues whatsoever.

Two of my work colleagues have used Spaceslide and their opinion is the same.

Had an on-site survey performed and made it clear we were looking for 'like-for'like' replacement.

When the fitters arrived, we were told we would losing significant width and height of our wardrobes due to 'Infill's and would no longer be able to use significant sections of our existing space: Tried to call their contact numbers but just got messages saying closed for Xmas (this was Dec 19), and could not get hold of anyone at the sales office.

However, following posting of a negative review here on trustpilot, i very quickly got a direct call back from their Service Centre, who were very helpful and quickly dealt with the issue. (see reply from spaceslide below). They arranged to have the design corrected per original requirements , and rescheduled for 8th Jan.

8th Jan Update ... Fitters arrive and installed the new doors as per original expectation. Fitting seems to be completed to good level. The fitters themselves were very professional, friendly and considerate.

I've now increased the rating to 4 ... losing 1 star due to the poor requirements capture during and after survey, leading to delay 2 week delay for the install.

A class act from start to finish.From Scott in the Swindon showroom who was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very patient! He also visited us at home to check our measurements were correct. He is a pleasure to do business with and a credit to his parents.
As promised our wardrobes were delivered and fitted before Christmas(12th Dec) The two fitters were very pleasant, very accomplished in their work and accommodated some minor tweaks we asked for. They also cleaned up and took away all the packaging.
We are extremely pleased with the final product and fitting and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sliding doors were made very well with safe delivery on date agreed. Recommended supplier with repeat business guaranteed from myself.

Pay extra to get them to measure up. Wish I had done so because it was quite stressful not knowing whether they would fit.

What a pleasant experience - No hard sell - helpful design info - cost on point and great fitters. Having had two other quotes from leading advertised on TV companies offering discounts and further discounts and still coming up with ridiculous figures. Then being frustrated by phone calls asking for deposits. We went to theses guys. I do not normally provide reviews but would like to say a thank you to all involved especially Sophie.

The showroom was great the staff in Basingstoke were very helpful and provided me with lots of samples. The delivery team arrived and got on with the installation no main issues and completed to my satisfaction

Everything from the design by Becky in the Hale store to the fit out by Mark and his partner was done in the utmost professional manner. Becky is really good at her job, she listened really carefully to my requirements and came up with great ideas which she knew exactly how to make work. A date was agreed for fitting and I was kept informed every step of the way. The installation team worked non-stop to complete the job quickly and efficiently. They cleared up any mess and left the wardrobe and the room ready to use. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The product is excellent and half the price of a different company’s quote. Customer service is fantastic and the workmanship is of a very high standard. Thank you, Spaceslide!
