Came packaged well and quickly was easy to follow the plan :)

The juices were all really nice and I lost 5 pounds so it does work only reason it's a 4 is the blue juice had bits in it that were not nice couldn't swallow them they sharp and weird but overall the rest was great

Did the 3 day juice cleanse and lost 5lbs. The juices were really tasty and the delivery was quick and efficient. Would definitely order again and would recommend to kick start a healthy eating plan!

great kick-start to a healthier lifestyle - I was eating too much junk food so tried a 3 day juice cleanse from Soulmatefood and I felt so much better afterwards! They are surprisingly drinkable too which helps :)

Everything I ordered arrived on time and as expected. Lovely packaging and everything looked good. As a first timer I didn’t know what to expect however now I’ve spoken to some seasoned friends (should have done that earlier) and read a lot online I now realise why So hungry and tired on this cleanse. Most other juice cleanses contain nut milk, greens etc and other ingredients to help cleanse. They are also 500ml. These are essentially what I can see, 250ml of apple or pear juice with a squeeze of lime. Also concerned with no nutritional info supplied with the juices or calorie content. Don’t choose this as a cleanse in my opinion - expensive fancy apple juice.

I ordered a 3 day juice cleanse. I lost 6lbs and the juices were tasty. However, I think there should be more information on the website about preparations for cleansing. Their leaflet said I should have reduced my caffeine intake. As a novice cleanser I was clueless and it was too late as the juices had arrived. I started throwing up on day 2 and needed food, caffeine and paracetamol. Felt fine after that and continued on the cleanse but it somewhat ruined the cleanse. Please reduce your caffeine intake beforehand.

Worst company - stay away. Purchased x2 5-day juices. Only 3 days worth of juices arrived - contacted soul food and they apologised advising they would send the remaining 2 days of juices. They didn’t send the rest of the order and we were unable to obtain a reply from them - obviously couldn’t complete the course and I’d paid for a product that wasn’t even delivered. Raising a complaint through my credit card. Use any other company but these.

Credit where credit is due, I ordered a 3 day cleanse and only one day arrived. I tried to contact and struggled so was worried I had been had and posted a one star review, however after responding to the confirmation email to ask about my missing order, I received a prompt response and my three day cleanse is arriving today!

The whole set of green juices was missing, we had too many orange juices and too few yellow ones. The box was not sealed and the polystyrene was broken. Contacting the support didn't result in anything, empty promises to deliver the missing juices and still here we are 4 days later with no juices. Support is now not replying to my emails and there's no other way to contact them. Extremely disappointed, will never use again or recommend to anyone.

Made an order for two 5 day juice cleanses and selected and paid for the Saturday delivery forgetting it was Easter weekend which was my fault. Was messaged by DPD with a delivery time and date for a Thursday one week after the order was made. Stayed at home for the delivery waiting and waiting until I called DPD for them to tell me someone at soulmate had called them and told them not to deliver and dispose of the order.

I was not made aware of this by soulmate and have had no emails, phone calls or replys via Instagram from them on why this was done, if another order is being sent out or if a refund I being processed. There is not contact phone number and I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact through Instagram since the Facebook and twitter profiles seem to have not been updated since February.

When I Google the company it just brings me to information about them being in liquidation and the phone number is Jo longer in service. Poor customer service as you would think any change to an order or delivery they would thikk to inform the customer at some point

Signed up for the new plant based plan recently. Spent nearly my whole month food budget on 60 meals and the delivery charge, thought it will worth it. Couldn't be more wrong! Before I signed up I checked with the company about my postcode twice to make sure deliveries will reach me in time. I was assured it will be fine. It wasn't. First delivery should've arrived on a Sunday, starting the plan mid-day Monday. Got a notification from DPD on Friday that they will deliver my package on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called soulmatefood to ask what is going on. I was told it is a mistake my package will arrive in time. It didn't.
But I got an email telling me that when my package will arrive, there will be no labels on the packages because they had an issue with their label supplier. So it seems I bought a box of food-puzzle now.
Called DPD on Monday and asked if maybe they made a mistake as my delivery should've arrived on Sunday. They informed me, as they got the package from soulmatefood on a Friday it is impossible for them to deliver before Wednesday, if lucky on Tuesday. Soulmatefood totally led me on! If I can get this information from DPD knowing the package pick up date, then soulmatefood must have known that it is impossible to deliver to my address on time when they made the opposite promise to me before I signed up and they took my money. I sent an email to cancel my plan and ask for a refund as nobody picked up the phone. They eventually called back, we talked about the issue, I was promised a refund and I was told that the refund was processed during our conversation and it should reach my bank account in 5-10 working days. I waited. It did not arrive. I am still waiting. I didn't want to write a bad comment here as everybody can make mistakes, give my money back and let's forget each other.
I wrote an email to soulmatefood if they could explain the reason of the delay to me. They didn't even bother to answer my email.

Did the three day juice cleanse as I had downward spiraled into a poor diet and high caffeine/alcohol intake. I would recommend weaning yourself off caffeine before starting the cleanse as it really helped me when I started this. The juices are great except for the Afternoon Tea (almond milk, matcha, dates and Himalayan salt blend) which I really couldn't stomach and made me heave so I had to replace this with regular unsweetened almond milk. If not for this juice I would definitely have given Soul Mate Food 5 stars. The juices arrived around 10am and were well packaged in an insulated box to maintain cool temp. I felt great doing this cleanse and did loose 5lbs!

The food is lovely and there is a great variety. It is great that you can swap out your meals for alternatives on the Standard plan and I think this is also becoming available on the Plant-based plan.
Although I experienced some teething issues following the launch of a new web site these were all resolved very promptly. Sam has been my primary contact throughout and his customer service is brilliant. He is incredibly knowledgeable with advice if you do need it and he resolved any issues that I have had with great follow up afterwards. Would definitely recommend the company and Sam.

Having used a number of food prep companies I can quite honestly say that Soulmatefood stands head shoulders above the rest. The quality and variation of the food is outstanding and the customer service is excellent, from sam in particular.

Good, tasty meals and excellent customer support consistently provided by Sam. The meals always feel nutrient-dense and I have been able to reduce my body fat percentage on the plant-based diet. There is currently no ability to customise the menu on the plant-based diet but I understand that this may change in the future.

A life saver! The food is super tasty and varies often enough to not get bored. Saves me heaps of time in evenings and has me eating more regularly. Most things can be eaten hot or cold so doesn't even require a microwave. Deliveries are timely and the food is packed well.

I decided to try the 3 day juice plan with food, as I’m about to go to a wedding and felt I needed to try to get my bloated stomach under control. While I’ve been eating well... I’ve still felt that my body sometimes needs a “reset” and then I came across SoulMate!! Not only did I lose 3.5lbs In my first day of cleansing but my energy has increased, my stomach isn’t bloated and actually I’m not as hungry as I thought I would be. The juices taste soooooo good. And the plant based dishes in the evening, which I really look forward to as so yummy!! I highly recommend anyone who wants to shift some stubborn lbs but also to just be kind to your body. I believe in intermittent fasting to give our bodies a break and clean through and this was perfect. Once I’m back from the wedding, I can’t wait to try a food plan. Soul mate is by far the best food company I’ve ever used. Meals taste amazing and the service I just couldn’t fault. Sam was always right on hand to answer any of my questions and was always so efficient with getting back to me straight away always. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Quick easy and convenient food at its best.

Whenever I need a quick cleanse to help hydrate and replenish the lack of vitamins after a 'boozy' birthday weekend the Juice Cleanses really help me to re-set my body and kick-start my healthy eating habits again.

The juices are delicious and do not leave you feeling tired or hungry, I was very surprised as I always thought I needed food for energy but I didn't find myself going to the cupboards. You do need to make sure you drink plenty of water with them though to keep yourself hydrated. One very happy customer.

Soulmate food is delicious, and does the trick of kick-starting weightloss, which is invariably my aim. My husband lost about 10lbs the last time he used it, combined with some gentle exercise. I have been a user of Soulmate Foods for over 2 years off and on. It has been a source of good food backed up with good customer service. What makes this service work well is that it has over three different types of food i.e. “burn”, “Balance” and “build”. These provide great flexibility when determine what food plan is best for my needs. For me, I always start with “Burn” when starting up at the gym as it allows quick, controlled and noticeable fat loss. After a period, I move onto the “build” plan providing my body all that is necessary to start adding muscle mass.
I recommend Soulmate food not only for the relevant knowledge they have about their meal plans but for the ease of booking and free delivery service. I live outside of London and the still make there way to me for twice weekly deliveries.
