This is the best self tan ever . I have been using this for years. i sometimes try others but always go back to this . Fantastic product and well worth the money

I am pleased with the product although I must say customer service is not great, I did the Level 1 spray tan course and completed my online module, I have not received my certificate which I was told I would by post, after going on the chat, I have been told that I should have received it by email which I haven't and also that they no longer issue posted copies which I find odd as salons require official certificates. The website never seems to work and is always slow or down. Also on offer with buying the kit/ course it says that a member will contact you after the course to see how you have got on and offer support which hasn't happened, not to mention any emails you leave on the contact page never gets responded too. I have spent and invested a lot of money and time on Sienna X and don't feel as though I have 100% quality customer service or support which it ensures you will receive. Also level 2 courses are not offered in the same area which I did level 1.

The best fake tan I have ever used. It lasts 5-6 days and looks really natural. Best to use a mitt for application can’t go wrong. Drys really quickly and coloured so you can see where you are applying it. Super quick deliver as well.

Brilliantly quick service, have purchased the 8% tan before and love it!

Always brilliant service

I love sienna x... my clients love it too!
The only problem I have is with the spray tan bottles, they leak and split at the top which wastes product and ruins my supplies inside my bag... please start using stronger bottles, I am constantly traveling with spray tan and need reliable containers... I don't want to panic anymore when opening my bag at a clients house!

Sienna x products are by far the best Spray tan product sold in the uk, giving the customer the best choice of shades there are no horrible smells, it leaves a flawless tan, not only that you sell preperation products and give helpful and friendly advice

I ordered some Buffing Mitts for my new business and I was very pleased with the constant communication (via email) I received from the minute I placed my order, right through to delivery.

Even received a little chocolate in my delivery. No complaints at all.

Incorrect postage charged, no effort to resolve, no communication once issues raised. Avoid at all costs.

Have been a Sienna X customer since training with them in 2008. Always great customer service and fast delivery.
As for the tan Itself Iv yet to come across anything better, colours to suit all skin tones and always naturally golden never 'orange'!
My clients and I are all huge fans of the 'tonight's the night' tan, it's great. Would highly recommend Sienna X and wouldn't ever use anything else!
