They delivered as requested, and dealt quickly when we told them some of the flowers were damaged , then offered a choice of a new bouquet or a refund .
Most of the flowers were lovely and are still going strong.
It might help them to know that when we opened the box the flowers were put in rather tightly They seemed to be a bit longer than the box and were put in diagonally , but the blooms were nevertheless against the cardboard.

Recipient (my younger sister) was very happy with her flowers & their vase. Delivered almost as requested, as the delivery person simply left them on the doorstep to be found by chance later as they opened the door to go shopping. I'd requested the door be 'knocked hard/loudly' as having 2 young kids at home I'd anticipated them running wild, so requiring a good knock to be heard. The eldest apparently goes hyper if/when the door 'goes' but not one of the four of them heard a 'knock'. So, that's my only grumble about the service. Thanks.

Two beautiful poinsettas delivered to my daughter and son for Christmas. There are two reasons why I didn't feel I could give a 5 star rating. When I was placing the orders, a greetings card was placed into the basket which I hadn't requested. The first time I thought I'd accidentally clicked on something but in spite of being ultra careful, the same thing happened the second time. Watch out for that. The second reason was that I requested delivery on Sunday and both were delivered on Saturday. As it happens, it wasn't a problem but it could have been.
