I have used your company several times and been delighted. However this time my son and his wife did not receive any flowers. Your company tried to deliver on Wed 23rd Dec but were unsuccessful.Subsequently I tried without any success to contact you. Do not feel I can use you or recommend your company.

First time I have been disappointed with a bouquet from Serenata. Good service and perfect delivery but for the first time I felt I could have done better with some supermarket bought flowers. There were far fewer flowers than have experienced previously with similarly priced arrangements, there was no foliage to give depth and one of the blooms was bent and died within a day. Not terrible but not up to usual standards.

As it says on the tin delivered where you want and when you want. On time and with a smile. The flowers were in bud on delivery and blossomed over the next few days. Bright and vibrant colours. And the recipient was over the moon with them 💕

Two beautiful poinsettas delivered to my daughter and son for Christmas. There are two reasons why I didn't feel I could give a 5 star rating. When I was placing the orders, a greetings card was placed into the basket which I hadn't requested. The first time I thought I'd accidentally clicked on something but in spite of being ultra careful, the same thing happened the second time. Watch out for that. The second reason was that I requested delivery on Sunday and both were delivered on Saturday. As it happens, it wasn't a problem but it could have been.

Sent a bouquet to my elderly aunt. She is frail and takes a while to get her door. I marked the order for the person that delivered to ‘ Be patient’ and they were, waiting in their car until she answered the door then waving to her. She says the flowers are beautiful. So I thank you for your curtesy and your service. I have not used your company before but will again and am happy to recommend others too. Thank you.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful & were delivered on the right day at a reasonable time. I was kept informed, by text, regarding the delivery which is a great touch. All this for a very reasonable price hence why I come back to Serenata, especially this year when it has been very difficult to get out.
