They promised next day delivery and didn't deliver or inform anything. Flowers delivered 48 hs later, when really useless as Birthday was over. No refund, No Voucher, just lame excuses.
Don't trust for anything that is time critical. They delivery when they want

Customer interaction was ok. The delivery service was terrible. Requested the driver to be patient and the recipient did not receive the flowers and gifts however the driver confirmed delivery which was wrong. The terms and conditions are not accessible/fully visible Before payment and they catch you out so read before choosing them as your supplier.
