Due to Covid we are unable to go to Lapland this year. Transferring our booking to 2021 was easily sorted at no additional cost and existing customers were given first option on next year's booking before places were put on general release. Having a personal phone call from the company, I felt, was very good customer care.

Megan was brilliant and after being given the choice to move our 2020-21 holiday we are so relieved and happy. Megan ensured we have the same holiday like for like in 2021.
