Placed an order on the Wednesday paying extra for next day delivery expecting it to arrive by the Friday at the latest. The order has still not arrived over a week Later and the company are not responding to emails. Have had to raise a dispute through PayPal. Avoid!

I'm not sure if this is Amazons fault, Rugby Heavens, or the postal service.
I ordered from Amazon, delivery date was set, then delayed.
When I queried where my order was, I was told by Rugby Heaven that it had been delivered and to check with Neighbours.
I checked with neighbours and nothing and let Rugby heaven know this.
I have not received a response for over a week and still not received my package.
I won't be ordering again!
