Just brilliant, quick service.

Ordered on Thursday night, received Saturday... Quick service and everything arrived perfectly at a great price. Bang on!

Stay away from this store, they are in clear breach of the UK consumer law when it comes to returning an item, not only do they charge you £2.99 shipping fee, but they then deduct full shipping cost from your refund if the remaining total order value is below their free shipping threshold. Pathetic service and poor customer service to say the least.

I just came on to post a terrible review of the customer service I have experienced and noticed I am not the only one. I have used Rollersnakes for maybe 10 years and never had a problem but finally I had some DCs that deteriorated quicker than they should (and have done in the past). Upon asking Rollersnakes what the options were I got accused of not using my shoe laces properly by an abrupt and unapologetic agent named Greg. After that the trail went cold so I guess I'll have to contact DC instead.

I recently ordered some shoes off here and they came in perfect condition! A week later ordered a bundle of clothing and order was processed within hours and had my package the next day! Really really recommend this place!!!

Roller snakes is by far my favourite skate shop. In the derby strore the staff are welcoming and helpful. In addition, the website is easy to navigate and there is a wide range of reasonably priced products. best of all, the constant bombardments of offers always enables me to get good quality products cheaper.

Good front end service. Shame they don't offer free returns.

After receiving a email from Rollersnakes, I realised they had some great offers on. In particular they had a sale of 12 items under a witty name. I don't remember what, but it was sufficiently witty enough for me to ch ck out said products.
After looking at them, 4 items took my fancy: a jacket, a hoodie, a baseball tee and a rucksack.

The jacket, DC, was great. I was sceptical when I got the windbreaker out of the bag due to how thin it is, but I was proved wrong! Great lightweight design that does what it says. I headed out in just a tee and the jacket and I didn't feel cold at all, and that's saying a lot due to the win in England at the moment. If I had to knit pick I would say the zip is on the wrong side, but for the quality and the price, I couldn't be happier.
The baseball tee was decent. After all it's a baseball tee. LRG for £10.00? Don't mind if I do!
I haven't worn the hood I yet, but same again, Element for I think £20.00 - any day.
And lastly, possibly the best purchase, a Element rucksack. Large, durable and adaptive, it works for every purpose. With the clips on it you can whack a skateboard on it, or a camera tripod, and free up your hands on a commute for your rubbish coffee soggy sandwich.

Final note: the service was great. Well packaged, sent with some sweets to enjoy and arrived in a promptly manner.
