This company never delivered my iphone. Every week they said it will be send monday, next week, friday etc. For a full month. I tried to call, requested contact details but noone responded. Ive requested to cancel my order and get my mobile back but still no response.
It I could give 0 stars I would - AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM!

Have to say the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s taken 30 seconds for them to get my money and it’s been over a month and I still have not received the item I ordered. Customer service is an absolute joke with them , it’s virtually impossible to get hold of anyone and contacting them by phone is jus not an option. If your thinking of dealing with t hi s company. THINK AGAIN.just had a reply from this company saying that I see your order has now been dispatched. Well all I can say is thank you. Over a month since I paid for the product and nearly 30 emails . Give yourselves a tap on the back.

I didn’t receive my order after 20 days. I also received no communication about any issues with stock or delays, I had to do the chasing myself, they claim it’s issues with quality control but if I was to hazard a guess I’d say it’s because they can’t meet demand after their recent YouTube advertising campaign. They offered me an insulting £10 to spend in the accessories store where a charging lead will cost you £9. Prices are higher than competitors but I needed a phone fast with warranty just as Quick Mobile Fix advertise. I’m very disappointed with the customer service especially as I’ve just purchased the exact same phone from their competitors at £150 cheaper also with 12 months warranty. I’m told I’ll be refunded my money within 14 days, fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Ordered phone then got email saying 2 week delivery so have been trying to cancel. No response from email address. no response on chat line. Unable to contact via phone. Received email yesterday saying delivery today . Spoken to CAB who advied me of my rights and cooling off period. Its a shame they have not responded and are not contactable as this means I would not use in future or recommend. Good customer service is essential. Don't buy from QFM if you want this.

Absolutely awful.
Close to impossible to speak to customer services.Never got through in less than a 50 minute wait. Repeatedly told that my order was being dispatched that day. Cancelled after three weeks of being misled.

So I cancelled my order within 14 days but I had paid my money to the company since then. Their phone systems have stopped excepting incoming calls so I can't call them I have emailed them 8 times with no response. Caught them on chat and was advised I would receive an email within 48 hrs and never received it. I have been waiting 30 days for my refund and was originally advised it would only be 14 days.
It's weird how a company that still running can keep your money and never return it I would not advise anyone to use this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When I ordered my phone I was promised that it would be dispatched in 7 working days or less. When on the sixth day I received and email stating that it would not be sent for another 16 days I immediately cancelled my order. I have been waiting for over 10 weeks for my money to be refunded. I have sent numerous emails and have spent over 2 1/2 hours on the Quick Mobile Fix customer help line - and I have still not received my refund for a phone I never received. I do not know if this is a even a legitimate business and not just a shopfront for scamming people out of their money. After cancelling my order I ordered the same phone from another online web site - it was delivered the next day and was £5 cheaper.

Don't fall for it like I did! Ordered a second hand Iphone 7, which never arrived. Like others I was told various lies about delays but reading other reviews I now realise they had no intention of fulfilling the order. Conclusion: Yes it's a scam and something needs to be done about it. Why trading standards haven't closed them down is a mystery, and rather worrying. Avoid these low-lives like the plague!

Quick Mobile Fix is definitely a company to trust. The condition of the refurbished iPhone supplied by them is beyond my expectations, almost like new. Delivery was prompt and the phone was so well packed to avoid damage in transit. When I considered an exchange for a phone with a better camera, I received a very helpful response even when I decided to keep the original. An excellent experience all round and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Had to return my iPhone 6 plus 64GB renewed phone to Quick Mobile Fix after 8 months of use. This was very disappointing. The returns process so far was straightforward and I hope to get the phone back very soon as it is covered within the 12 month warranty.

I have currently been waiting 10 days for a mobile phone I have paid for.
I have contacted the company more than 10 times via email, and each time I am told they have problems with quality control. Never does anyone tell me when I can expect to get the phone.
The telephone number says they have problems with their phone lines too so I can't speak to anyone.
I have tried the online chat and get no response.
Today I will contact my credit card company and consider if I need to take any further action.
Easily the worst online service I have ever had.
2 - note reply below. You have my order number. I have emailed more than 10 times now.... Today, after requesting a refund- YOUR LEGAL RIGHT BTW - I have been told to wait until next week. Appalling!! No way. I’m going to buy from another company.

I ordered an iphone 7 on Aug 26th and as yet i have still not received a phone. This is a shame as i have purchased here before and got a great service. From what i can tell, QMF advertise phones they don't have in the hope that when someone buys it they can get an equivalent phone in from a seller the refurb it. Last week I asked for a refund and was told it would be with me in 4 business days. That deadline ran out today and still no communication.
I will stick with amazon or ebay from now on and i suggest everyone else does the same.

Poor service. Slow to send out product. Grade A Product didn’t work so returned it and all the accessories as instructed. Phone eventually repaired and returned without the accessories! No one responding to any of my contacts , phone line down, online chat is a robot only and was left hanging there without any help. Really disappointing, don’t recommend.
