Ordered a phone waited 10 working without any explanation of non delivery then waited a further 4 working days for quality assurance tests with no information from QMF I've moved forward with a European small claims procedure purely down to a lack of communication on the part of QMF. VERY dissatisfied as this was a device for my daughter starting 1st year at school and needs to be able to contact us.

Worst phone company ever, I dont even know how u can call yourself that when you can't even sell a phone,absolute rubbish you are scammers I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my phone to arrive after being told it would be here within 10 days, appalling service, after many factory Sent emails and no answer to phone calls.missed my daughters Birthday leaving her without a phone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
I wanted to buy a refurbished iPhone for my daughter to celebrate her getting through her GCSEs.
The website said 5-7 day delivery. After 2 weeks I started chasing and was chasing 2-3 times a week until it eventually turned up - after more than 4 weeks.
That's when the problems started as the phone they shipped is faulty.
Having read many poor reviews now (a bit late!) I didn't want to just send the phone back only to never see it or my money again, so I asked if I can use their pop-in repair service to return it and get it repaired/replaced. Despite this still being on their web site, they said they no longer do this and everything has to be done online and via post. I've told them repeatedly that I'm not willing to do that as I don't trust them, but they will not offer any alternative (despite being located only about 15 mins from where I live).
They will not recompense me for the poor quality device and just keep repeating the same line - send it back and we'll look at it - no thanks!
Their phone line is never answered and just plays a message that directs you to their website and online chat - which also no longer works. The only recourse seems to be email which is slow and the agents (if they really exist) just parrot the same message time and again.
I'm now in a position where I'm going to have to go to another company to get this phone repaired, which is going to cost me more than buying a new one would have in the first place!
p.s. I bet this review does not end-up on their web-site like all the 5* reviews seem to.

One star is generous, i have just read all the previous reviews, plus the one excellent review. I have had the same treatment with regard to an iphone I paid for on 7th September 2019 and have had to contact them as the phone hasn't arrived as its being tested and saying it will arrive next week? I am contacting my creditcard company to get it cancelled and try to get the money back. Do not at any cost use this company as something very wrong is going on here.

Absolute awful company to deal with.. like many others the timeframe was the most worrying thing, promised to dispatch product that was in stock within 10x working days but failed to do so for a solid moth. E-mail communication terrible , an hour waiting in a call queue to speak with somebody, although they were friendly and pretended to be sincere the promises made there were also false. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. STAY CLEAR..

Although it took forever to arrive ( 19 calendar days) I was very pleased with the phone. I ordered an iPhone 6, good condition, to my way of thinking what arrived was pristine. Not a mark on it and what is more important it worked straight away.

The delivery time was longer than the 7 days but when the phone did come it by far exceeded my expectations, the phone was in excellent condition with not a scratch or dent in sight. Hopefully the phone is in good working order as well. Can not fault it at all

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Ordered an iphone7+ at the beginning of August, waited almost a month and no phone. Cancelled order and asked for a refund which they said I'd receive within 14 days and as yet still no refund. They have £268 of my money and constant promises of refunds by a certain date have been and gone.
You can no longer contact them by telephone only email which they rarely respond to.

Been awaiting a refund for a phone since June. delayed delivery meant I had to cancel the phone and I am still awaiting a refund. They were fast enough to take the money, but I have had excuses after excuses. I think nobody should be treated like this it is disgusting behaviour and they should be ashamed. I just hope people take note of this and do not use them.

Terrible service. Phone took ages to arrive. When I eventually got the phone it was faulty, and having returned it over 2 weeks ago for a refund I’m yet to get my money back - despite them confirming this has been received and numerous emails chasing this up. I expect it to continue to be a massive hassle to actually get refunded.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a phone and after 2 weeks it had still not been dispatched.
Contacted customer services who couldn't tell me when my phone would be shipped.
Cancelled my order and bought from somewhere else, only to receive and email 4 hours later say that the phone had shipped.
Returned the phone and requested a refund. Over 14 days later, I have not received the refund, and other than one message to say that their finance department are 'looking into it', the customer service team seem to be ignoring my emails.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two phones at the end of June. Their website makes assurances about quick delivery. Shortly after, I got an email full of bad excuses about there being problems in their “quality control department” (as if they have one!) so the phones would be delayed. They arrived after about 3 weeks. One of the phones was fine - the other had a constant issue with no reception and was practically useless unless I was on WiFi.
I contacted them and asked how I would get a refund, they eventually gave me instructions how to send the phone back. They twice ignored the refund request and offered a replacement or a repair (clearly they haven’t heard of the Consumer Rights Act, or just don’t care).
I sent it back and, surprise surprise, they emailed me to say the phone had arrived “bent” so it was out of warranty and I’d have to pay an extra £19.99 to get them to diagnose the fault with the phone!
The only thing ‘bent’ here is this company. Shocking service, the only thing they were “Quick” to do was charge my credit card when I made the order. I told them to bin the phone, life’s too short to waste dealing with chancers like this.
