If there was an option to rate this company zero that would be my choice. It has been over two months since I purchased a piece of furniture, it has not been delivered and I am constantly chasing the company for an update. Their customer service is below the minimum expectations once could expect to receive and as a first time customer, I will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Wireless mouse sent without the USB dongle. Emailed them immediately but did not receive a response within the stated 8 hours. Chased up the next day on webchat who did not fix the issue and said the team would email me back. No-one did.
Finally telephoned during my lunch break and spoke to someone who took the serial number and offered to get a replacement dongle sent out, and who followed up with an email confirming this.
Email/webchat needs further work. Direct phone customer support is great. Just waiting for it to arrive now.

Just connected to my devise, I am excited. So easy moving around the mouse roller with out any pressure. I have RSI, very bad pain. To early to say much. May be after three weeks write more comments.

My chair arrived very speedily and packaged well. It was however not assembled, as promised in the sale script. There were no instructions, and it looked to me that there might have been a piece missing from the gasstem. I had to phone services and ask how many parts should be there. There was nothing with the chair apartf rom a DSE leaflet, which i later saw had a code to access videos. This is not good enough, sorry. A written description is necessary.Gasstems c an be tricky, and even though i am usually good at assembling furniture etc, i need reassuarance.

The most incredible service. We called for advice in the morning and received expert service. We selected the chair and placed the order. To my surprise and delight it was delivered the very next day. Quality is superb and I am thrilled. I can feel the difference immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Great easy ordering and speedy service. lost a star because no warning of delivery which was a week earlier than expected and it was only by chance I was home to receive. Chair is excellent quality and fully adjustable as needed. Recommended!
