Average cheese (which arrives within a couple of days of the eat-by date) but the customer service is non existent. Reading other reviews I can see this is a common theme. And watch out for the £1 a minute to call their customer services from a mobile. Absolute joke. They say they point this out on the website but I couldn’t see it. Avoid like the plague; there’s much better out there.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, and the cheeses of course. My first order was intended as a birthday gift delivered to the birthday person’s address. Mistakenly it arrived at the billing address. I contacted the Pong customer service in panic to explain the mishap. They generously offered to resend the package as priority to arrive on the birthday. The cheese came on time to the right address in time for tea. Thank you Pong!

Placed an order to be delivered to Switzerland. It arrived the day after despatch, cheese in perfect condition, cold pack included to keep cheese fresh was still cold. I was delighted with service and the recipients were delighted with the cheese.

I received a present for fathers day of a taster pack of Pong cheeses, unfortunately due to the inefficiency of Parcel Force the cheese took 10 days to arrive. I wrote to Pong not to complain but simply to advise them that ParcelForce may not be the best solution for the Channel Islands. Pong responded immediately and offered to send another taster pack to prove the system could work and so I accepted their generous offer. The cheese arrived in three days in excellent condition and a huge thank you to Pong. I have always been a fan but this just goes to show the measures they go to to ensure customer satisfaction. Well done at least 5 stars and although I very rarely leave reviews I just had to on this occasion.

I placed an order for my dad's birthday on a Saturday paying extra for this day, it didn't arrive, I phoned the delivery company they said, if you can believe this, the driver couldn't find the address. I rang pong cheese on the Monday they said they would call back, they didn't, nor again after the second call I made. I phoned again on the Tuesday but my number had been barred so my dad rang and asked for an explanation they said they would call back, guess what! The parcel arrived Tuesday afternoon my dad asked about Saturday as this was printed on the box the driver said he only worked Monday to Friday, the parcel was refused. Pong cheese has since given a full refund but offered no customer service what so ever, I cannot recommend this company.

Cheese arrived late, and melted in a really bad way. Find it pretty disgusting they dont refrigerate it to ship it - additionally when I called to get a refund the phone line was premium so no doubt will be charged a lot for that as well.
The person on the phone didnt tell me how much it was to call, and did not offer me a refund straight away - said they would "look in to it". really bad company - would not recommend

When I got the delivery address wrong (mine instead of the recipients) they were so helpful & kind in sorting it all out. Cannot fault the customer service, they were so friendly & helpful on the phone. I'll bd back. Ps the cheese was fabulous too

First box was good, however I upgraded and felt £7 for a tiny piece of cheese which was mainly rind expensive. So I tried to ammend my membership, removing the upgrade. I received this immediately
Not in July as expected. It had i cheese exactly the same as the first box. Have emailed twice, no reply. I joined a club to get different cheeses each month. Poor customer service!!

Lovely variety of Cheeses from around the World and a very good Delivery Company with reliable Tracking. The Cheese Club is the chance to try Cheeses that I wouldn’t normally buy or see in the Shops. The Cheeses are always chilled on delivery with good use by dates. Customer Service is very efficient and responds quickly.

As someone who's never properly experimented with cheese, I thought I'd give it a go. I bought the the Classic Tasting Box to start with. It was very well packaged and delivered quite rapidly. There were little packs in the box to keep the cheeses cool in transit and padding so they were protected. I really enjoyed this box so only a few days later I ordered another but with a bunch of other cheeses to try out. Again, very well packaged. One of the cheeses was out of stock so they gave me two complementary cheeses (one weighing almost half a kilogram!) with the rest of the cheeses while I wait for the one cheese to be delivered. Honestly I'm loving trying all the different cheeses, and despite thinking I would, I havent come across anything that I have really disliked so far. Give it a go and find some real unique, great tasting cheeses. Pong cheese is definitely the company to use, with their massive variety, quality of both cheese and packaging, and integrity of the company. Going to order lots more from here.

Ordered three of the classic taster boxes to host our own ‘lockdown’ cheese tasting. Cheese was delicious and a good mix. There was a slight complication with delivery but this was dealt with quickly and very professional. Customer service via the telephone was great. Will definitely be back to sample more of your lovely cheese!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site. After buying and receiving 3 orders from Pong I decided to join their cheese club. My first order was due to arrive on Thursday. As the ordered had not been delivered by the evening I checked the tracking information to find that a card had been left for redelivery. There was no card. We are shielding so we are not going out and on checking the CCTV there was no sign of anyone calling. I filled in on line for redelivery for Friday. On Friday midday I checked the tracking information to see that the order had been delivered. We had no order and once again no one appeared on the CCTV. I tried ringing twice after a considerable length of time the phone was answered after giving my details I was asked to hold while the receptionist checked with the back office. After holding for ten minutes the line went dead.i tried phoning again but no one answered the phone. I then emailed I am still awaiting a reply. Saturday morning I rang again. The receptionist was more helpful but could still offer no more help than saying that they would check with the carriers before they could take any action . She suggested that they might be able to get the order back from where ever it had been delivered. This is unbelievable ! Would anyone want cheese that had been delivered to another house nearly a week ago. Still waiting for a phone call or an email or even some cheese.

I have had over two days of issues with trying to track down a lost delivery. Very poor communication and the delivery service they use is appalling. If you need this product by a specific date I would make sure you give yourself plenty of time!

My order was missing the cheeses I really wanted. I was substituted a cheese with half the value of that which I ordered, cut in half to make it look equivalent to two of the quantity I ordered. When I looked it up online the value of my two Cenarth double of the other product I was offered. I was informed about this change via email and said as long as I recieved the delice I would be happy. The delice didn't arrive either and was substituted for something else. When I called to ask what had happened I was promised a call back, all I've had is an email to say that what they substituted my delice with is basically the same as delice and apparently I will like it.
I have been overcharged, poorly communicated with and I won't be using this company again. They are not honest. Had they of said they couldn't get the delice then I would have asked them to wait until the Cenarth and delice was available. But they tricked me into taking a poor substitute for the Cenarth and omitted the fact they couldn't fulfil my order.

Having waited with great anticipation to the delivery of our first ever order from Pong we have been left deeply disappointed by the lack of arrival of said cheese. We were told on two occasions they would deliver on a certain day and on both they failed to deliver with no communication at either time. Chasing it up again I was told I had cancelled the order! Currently awaiting a refund and will not be ordering from them again. We are very very disappointed in their lack of customer care and in their carriers.
