I bought a new below cooker on 22/04/2020 it’s got delivered next day electrician fitted it that evening we tried cooking a chicken in the oven after 10 minutes it tripped electric I called an electrician as we needed to Cooke our food after 200 pounds in call outs finally it is the oven in cooker which is at fault not the electrics in the home , I have for days been trying to contact on phone but just keep being cut off !! We need it sorting out as soon as possible I bought from curry’s as you are reputable but this isn’t the experience I’m having now 🥵, please please tell me what I need to do regards Brian Giles , number 07738413697

I bought a couple items on promotion with a free gift, and when they were received the promotion items was not included. I rung up and was told they would be issued separately next month. I chased again in a month and was told there was a delay and it would be within 10 days. I chased again after this time and now it was oh it should have come by now I'll put a request in and you will receive it within a few days. Chased again after a week, same reply again. Chased again in another week, oh it's not working is it, let's try a new request processed a different way, we'll ring you back today. Nothing. Chased again on resolver and told oh you are not eligible for the promotion, when they obviously have not read through the case reference numbers at all and there is no mention anywhere in their terms and conditions why I would not be eligible. Their service is a farce, they are happy to run promotions then not stick to them, and quite frankly lie to customers. Had the same issues with price matching - oh we don't price match them for whatever reason. I honestly don't remember the last time I wasted so much time just asking for a a shop to honour it's own advertising! I will never go near this store ever again. Any positive reviews must not have had to actually deal with customer services!

Screen was smashed on smart tv, phoned right away for refund , took them 2 weeks to pick it back up , and upto now ( 5 weeks since purchase ) still no refund. Customer service very apologetic but totally useless .

PC World had to order in mobile phone to be delivered to store which we paid for before hand . was lost by corrier. or so they said .After 2 days we we checked store stock they had 2. we went ro store they wouldn't give us a phone . we had to wait 10 days before it arrived in store . Despite many calls and emails to customer services they werent interested. Made us wait all that time. Was a present for sons birthday. They refused any offer to give compensation. I would give pc world No stars if I could.

I bought a HP printer from Currys. As part of the deal they said they would dispose of my old printer. I have emailed them twice trying to order cartridges and on both occasions all I got was an automated reply saying my query would be dealt with in 6 days. No reply has been received. How to companies like this stay in business!

Worst customer service. Purchased a hob and paid €75 for professional installation. Installation crew fitting electric equipment not trained electricians just handy men. Blew the cooker isolation switch when installing hob due to installer wiring hob incorrectly. Left my home with isolation switch unable to switch off because blown. When contacted to fix refused to do so or acknowledge any wrong doing. Had to pay €100 for electrician to solve issue and make house safe. Currys refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing or refund the €75 installation. Avoid at all cost. Will never purchase from again.

Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff Can you believe this!? I was buying a laptop and asked the salesman if the Ram is upgradable I was told it is so I bought the laptop. I got home checked for tutorials and found out no it's not upgradable Ram is all integrated. I took it back to the shop and spoke to Nathan (the manager) automatically assumed I was lying and called Dell to double check. The guy at dell said no the Ram is soldered onto the motherboard. Despite this Nathen the manager asked him 4 more times is it upgradable and the dell guy not understanding why Nathen keeps asking the same question said the only way would be to swap out the motherboard. Nathen then thanked the dell guy and hung up, he then looked at me and then said it is upgradable as the dell guy said so!! I told him the dell guy said no its not upgradable and swapping the entire motherboard doesn't constitute as a ram upgrade, Nathen then said (these are his exact words) "then I don't believe you were told its upgradable". I honestly could not believe what I was hearing.... Utter scumbag. I have an appointment with my solicitor this week.

Really bad customer service and delivery I ordered a fridge/freezer about a year ago from their website. There were a lot of problems with the delivery and had to call their customer service several times before I could finally have the fridge/freezer delivered to my house. On the 5th of January I ordered a phone and payed £10 extra to have it delivered the next day (6th) within a certain time slot. On the 6th I got a message from the courier they work with saying the phone will be delivered the next day (7th). The next day I waited at home all day waiting for the delivery just to receive a message from Curry's saying they're sorry they've missed me. No one rang my doorbell and no one called me about the delivery - just the message. Meanwhile I've called their customer service twice but it seems like they couldn't care less. Oh, and it seems like you can't buy anything straight from the shop either. Everything needs to be delivered to the shop before you can go and pick it up. Horrible service, horrible business. Do't buy from them. They'll threat you like rubbish.

Don’t even think of using these charlatans, ordered a hob and oven, initially overcharged in store and had to return, this took over two hours, the lady dealing with our complaint decided to serve someone else. First delivery didn’t arrive, we had a phone call saying they would deliver the next day, this didn’t arrive. Phoned customer service only to be told there was no delivery scheduled even though the tracker said today. Eventually drove to the store and cancelled. What an absolutely atrocious company.

Yet again on hold trying to get through to speak to someone. Received an email and text saying our fridge freezer will be delivered today. Unfortunately after making all the necessary arrangements to have it installed, we received a phone call to say it will not be delivered as they do NOT have it in stock. Worst customer server ever! My advice. To avoid disappointment buy your products from another company. Currys do not have the infrastructure or adequately trained staff to be able to deal with your problems.

I took my desktop to fix at Currys PC, they have made a diagnosis of the problem and chosen a line of action, the hard disk has been changed. Weeks later my computer was not working again, I took it back to the store and they said it was a graphic card problem. I wouldn't mind paying for a new graphic card and a new hard disk at the beginning of the process, but weeks after being fixed only shows that they don't know much about computers and actually don't really care about client's satisfaction. They haven't recognized their mistake and refused to give me a refund. Also,they have been rude to me.

I would not purchase a TV or any other product from currys and advise anyone else to reconsider. I have purchased a Samsung 4K smart TV which lasted 11 months. Now no picture, no sound. Currys say's not their problem as its over 32 inch screen and I need to deal with Samsung direct. They are not interested in the slightest, just in taking your money in the first place. Guess what I have been passed from pillar to post by Samsung. By the way 3 hours on hold and still cannot speak to a real person. Just live chat and e-mails. And just when you think you are getting somewhere, you get a e-mail sending you to the beginning.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shocking service, ordered item, paid delivery and they have not delivered the item, i have rang, emailed and their attitude is tough. They refuse to refund your money for 5 working days and will not give you another delivery slot. Shocking service and disgusting attitudes from staff and management. If you value your money DO NOT give it to Currys!!! The staff and management continously lie, my opinion is they are thieves who keep your money without providing the item you have purchased. BEWARE ALL STAFF AT CURRYS ARE LIARS and should be ashamed of themselves!

BEWARE - False advertising! Purchased laptop that was in the black tag event which was in stock. After paying told it would arrive towards the end of the following week. Chased after no contact or update to be told would arrive Saturday 7th December. No contact or update again. Chased today to be told not arriving until 29th December. Spoilt Christmas for our daughter who was present when the laptop was purchased ready for Christmas. Unsure now if it will ever arrive, out of pocket and cannot buy it elsewhere as the black tag events are over.

I recently had repair completed from the Barrow-in-Furness storeby the know how team and was pleased at the prompt and thorough in-store and telephone based service. There is a chap called Dylan who was particularly informative. He didn't make a fuss, stuck to the facts and was very helpful.

Needed advice on buying a new laptop that will fit my requirements but the staff i spoke with did not seem to have the knowledge on a technical level. Ideally would expect pc world to have good customer support? So had to talk with local tech support in north london which i recommend to everyone; visit site rectify.ml advice with products and options.
