I ordered a new remote for my Orbitsound sound bar and it arrived very quickly, worked perfectly as soon as I pointed it at the speaker. Nice and simple to use and ergonomically designed. And at £20 a great buy.

Extremely prompt dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately, the “Shop” app was recommended to monitor the delivery. This proved utterly useless, since although the order appeared on it, the details were never updated to show a time of delivery. Nor did I receive either a text or email stating a time of delivery - as was promised. Having popped to the shops, I returned and found the parcel left on the doorstep by Amazon in plain sight of passers by. Had it been stolen, I would have been left totally ignorant of it ever having been delivered.

The gentleman answered my call promptly despite the constraints caused by Covid 19. He told me the correct replacement remote control to order and it arrived within 48 hours and works perfectly. A fantastic British designed soundbar that does exactly what it says on the tin, and more. Punches well above it’s weight in all sound quality. So good after getting one, I ordered a second ! Excellent customer service and delivery the next day - highly recommended.

The new style remote is well made easy to operate and has an excellent soft secure grip and much wider signal strength. Ordered Sunday delivered Monday WOW fantastic service. For the person who said “the buttons were stiff” the buttons are actually rockers and are super easy to operate. .I would highly recommend. this product.. Thank you.
