Appalling and untrustworthy company. I ordered in good faith a Ralph Lauren t shirt for my son for Christmas. I wrapped it in the original clear packaging sent out from Mainline. When my son unwrapped it there was a mark underneath the logo so I returned the item and asked for an exchange - not a refund, an exchange. They returned the t shirt to me with a letter stating they couldn't exchange the t shirt because it had a mark on it?! Really - yes that is why I returned it. After raising this with their complaints department I was contacted by 'Verity' (very unprofessional to only put a first name) who told me their warehouse sent the t shirt out without a stain on it - in other words they called me a liar - they wouldn't exchange it and if I wanted to take further action suggested I contact the Ombudsman. After reading previous reviews on this site I really wished I hadn't bothered purchasing from Mainline but clearly won't be in the future. Very disappointing.

Recently bought some clothing on next day delivery they went missing after numerous phone calls over a few days DPD locates parcel later the next day was delivered late at night badly damaged with a item missing I called them and complained waited days for a reply nobody contacted me back so I called them again they denied all knowledge of any calls from me so the process-started all over Again it was a nightmare I never received refund for missing item I also in my order bought a Hugo boss track suit for £155 which looks fake and have never warn looks like a pair of pyjamas never warn it li looks that rubbish all my calls and emails was a waste of time think the firm is run by a gang of unprofessional scallies I’ll never buy of them again it was a nightmare and the clothes I fed receive was of really bad quality so my advice is shop else where

Ordered a jacket for my other half birthday came next day delivery jacket was great but too small so contacted mainline they stated I must pay to send back for exchange for first class signed postage so I did £9 few days later a royal mail card through my door saying parcel left in storage box checked storage box and all neighbours no parcel contacted mainline who asked me to send the royal mail card to them and investigate 10 days later get a response back that royal mail won't investigate as the post card was delivered in 2015!? So Sadley nothing they can do other than contact trading standards!! I explained I had ordered from them and it's there duty to get things delivered properly but my only responce is sorry royal mail have verified delivery?! I'm absolutely devastated £255 Just gone I have contacted trading standards and next proceeding is ombusmon will never buy from there every again

Mainline got back in touch with me and said royal mail won't investigate further as they have it tracked that it was signed and delivered accordingly and the calling card I received was from years ago as they don't use them cards now!? Disputed this as I wasn't home on the date of the delivery the only thing I received was the calling card with 1/10/20 11.20AM LEFT IN STORAGE BOX! Royal mail have put on there tracking system a code 1sp or something and the number 10 as the signed for so mainline are clashing it that the parcel was delivered to me never had so much trouble in my life buying or receiving a parcel.
I'm leaving trading standards to resolve this now as it's more upsetting now than anything because it's gone from a missing parcel to now a forged sign for signature to Sadley nothing we can do.
Update 4/11/20
Got a full refund today but onky through trading standards negotiating with mainline as they would no longer respond to my emails or calls.so settled now but would be very warry from buying from there in the future

Ordered a North Face Nuptse Jacket in Black, was £250 however MM are the only website that lets you use your student discount on the jacket itself comes out at £225, free next day delivery and jacket is flawless. Couldn’t fault them.

Ordered a Moose Knuckles coat here. Simply couldn't fault the coat or service I received. So regardless of the bad reviews I decided to place another order for £700 on some clothing.
Checked the site, seemed easy enough to navigate. Went to "tracksuit" section. Which has a heading, "perfect for lounging around in or heading to or from training etc etc". OK, perfect. Exactly what I need.
Ordered 3x "tracksuits" checked the descriptions and all seemed well. Photos on the site looked great etc etc. However, upon receipt I was very disappointed to find out that actually the "tracksuits" I received were actually labelled in the tags as Armani Underwear and on the bag they came in are labelled Pyjamas! So basically making the items unusable for me for what they were intended for.
Re-checked the site descriptions and item description to make sure this actually wasn't just my error. It wasn't. Contacted customer service who tell me very matter-of-factly that the description does say these are "lightweight" and "loungewear" and basically I shouldve known this meant pyjamas! That if I'd like a refund to send them back at my cost. Ridiculous! If I'd have had a change of heart on a product I was fully aware of then I agree, I should be the one to pay the delivery cost. But on something I was completely missold I should've been offered free returns and a decent apology with the website immediately updated to save people making the same mistake again.
This is definitely a way to dupe people into buying very expensive pyjamas and has since put me off this site completely. I have other friends who have shopped here in the past who also will never use here again now. I just hope people read the reviews and decide against shopping with these fraudsters.
There customer service team needs a decent training course on how to deal with annoyed customers properly too. I should have been offered some more assistance and some sort of apology, voucher or discount code. The fact is they are too arrogant and already have my money so they don't care.
Luckily for me, I had a friend purchase the items from me so I wasn't actually out of pocket but I am definitely feeling a case of once bitten, twice shy. Take my advice and avoid this place

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!
This is the only company that I’ve ever received clothing (overpriced, expensive clothing, luxury brand clothing) that had manufacturing defects, and then was told that because I didn’t notice within 2 days, it would take weeks to verify and I’d have to deal with the manufacturer. I couldn’t simply get an exchange for it. DO NOT BUY! RUN AND USE A SITE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've used Mainline over half a dozen times now. Their deliveries are always prompt and on time and the items themselves are legitimate and top quality. I had a technical problem once and both their email response and the agent I spoke to on the phone were excellent, sorting out my issue without fuss. I'd highly recommend using Mainline.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Makes sure to get the right size because if you start to return thing for new item you will be paying all the delivery costs. Also I have noticed quite often recently a lot of the clothes they sell mainly t-shirts can be purchased elsewhere at half the price.

Ordered a top two weeks before my Son’s birthday in case due to Covid it didn’t arrive, it did arrive early sent back and it was out of the 14 day refund, they don’t do exchanges and didn’t have the top in his size. Had to get something different elsewhere and now stuck with a gift card beware when buying from this lot I don’t do it again

Really unhappy - First time order from here, ordered my normal size and normal brand however T-shirt’s came up absolutely huge. 1/3 actually fitted, 2 returned. After hearing nothing I chased my refund to be told one had a mark on it so has been sent back to me, the other will be refunded. Disputed item hadn’t been worn - would have been nice to have been given the benefit of the doubt or a phone call to discuss it. Seems like a hard line to take for a new customer on a first order, there’s plenty of other companies out there selling the same things at the same price so customer service is the only thing that’s really going to make you stand out. Short sighted because I won’t be returning..

I've already made a review about their misleading 24 hour return policy, which I was replied to, "it's only an aim". In my opinion that was a stupid answer, but fair enough it's understandable why they'd say that, however it has now been the whole time frame they requested and they are yet to refund me. Now this is unacceptable, refund me as you realistically should've done on the first day Mainline!

After my girlfriend shrunk one of the T-shirts I bought from ASOS she quickly rushed to buy a replacement and the only website that had the item was Mainline Menswear. After hearing that she had ordered off this website I went to check Mainline Meanswear's reviews as I had never heard of them and was shocked to see the amount of criticism it had been receiving for fake products and delivery problems - it's safe to say we were concerned about what was going to come in the post or whether it was going to come at all.
We ordered the item on 72-hour free delivery and it came well within that time frame which is the first positive from the experience. Having kept the shrunken T-shirt we were also able to verify the item was legitimate which casts some doubt on the reviews detailing that Mainline Menswear sells fake products.
We wanted to write this review to give credit where it is due and not allow the company to suffer from the types of reviews we saw. I cannot personally speak for the customer service as we luckily didn't need to contact them, but I would recommend using this website if you know your sizing already and are confident no returns would be needed.

Honestly I dont know what is the reason of bad reviews. Ive ordered EA7 trainers to the United States , for a good price. The item was delivered roughly after 3 days, without any issues. Ive checked the QR code and the trainers proved to be legit. Everything went super smooth. Recommend to everyone.

I recently purchased a mooseknuckles hoodie for my partner costing £216 reduced from £270 and when we recieved it the drawstring had a defect on it and a bit was plucked out, I contacted the store I got it from and emailed mooseknuckles and both told me it wasnt possible for them to send me a replacement drawstring and that I had to send the hoodie back for a refund which we did regrettably do ( would have preferred a replacement drawstring) as this was a lovely hoodie and looked very smart but the 2 stars I have left reflects on the customer service that I recieved on this occasion which leads me to say that I will highly unlikely be shopping with these again as I have learned if there is an issue they wont do all they can to resolve it to make me, the customer happy. ( also cost me postage and packaging to return this which was never reimbursed so all in all a waste of time.
Have also purchased other items from here with grief every purchase. Every time I pay for next day delivery ( ordered before 4pm) I cannot remember any time this has actually happened. They dont like accepting returns if you dont have the tags on still even when the item is defective. I have hugo boss trousers that do not fit the same as other trousers of the same claimed measurements wouldnt allow a return. These experienced have made me go to cheaper quality clothing such as Adidas as I can buy a Adidas hoodie and itll last me a good few years. Everything high end from these places never last.

If I had of read the reviews of this company, I probably wouldn't have ordered. However, I seen an ad on Instagram on Saturday, liked a couple things and ordered on Sunday. Arrived this morning within 2 days. Very quick and cheap clothing. Only negative I would have is the Medium t shirts are slightly big when normally I would go for large. Something to bear in mind for future orders.
