Linkedin kill Lynda. From being the best until now the worst. Linkedin was never interested in any educational activity, they just wanted to rip off customers.

I signed up for a free account, and the month slipped before I knew it. I had not tried to access the site but was now motivated as I had been billed. Unfortunately, lynda.com did a great job of recalling my payment information but FAILED to provide me with access. No big deal, I figured. I would just call them and get the technical issue resolved. No such luck. Not only do they not provide phone support, they do not provide live chat help, either. Their concern about providing service extends as far as allowing you to open a ticket, to which an automated generic reply is sent without any assistant whatsoever. If, or when, they will reply with anything of value is beyond me, but I'm sure not expecting it. It's a SCAM from my experience. Linkedin needs to be much more careful about business affiliations. Lynda.com knocked them down pretty far in my estimation.

Most professional trainers I ever found are from Lynda. They are always on point and show me exactly what I need. Love them.

I am so MAD right now. I paid 80 bucks for 2 pages to basically answer questions for a paper. Told me it would be done, but guess what I just got an email from Linda stating they can refund my money or save as a credit because the paper can not be done. I was freaking out bc I need the paper by tomorrow, and today is mothers day which I have no time to write a paper. I went to another company grabmyessay.com, so lets see how they do. I pray I get this done. oh another company burned me for 80 bucks already and it is hard to get my money back .do not use-focusessays.com they wrote a terrible paper it looked like a 7th grader wrote it. Horrible- I am so upset with both Linda and focus essay horrible businesses

I have been in dialogue to stop them from taking money from my card and it stops then it restarts again, they say they cannot find my account, because I no longer have it, and they still take the money. Please beware of using your cards. I am taking it up with the card company again...,, do not use this company it’s bad news. Once they have your details, they never stop.

I had a free Linkedin page for several years that I never used. Last year I noticed a charge for five or six months worth of classes that I hadn't asked for and had NEVER used!
TOTAL RACKET!

Lynda.com was the greatest resource my student ever used. Now that LinkedIn and Microsoft have taken over its garbage. They are trying to USE us as a monetary value rather than as clients for their service. Look to other similar resources out there now! Avoid LinkedIn Lynda.com as they aren't here for their learners. Their rep even told me their content "is not suitable for under 18" as though a 16 can't learn this technology. Horrible marketing too!!

the best thing about lynda.com is you are learning so much without getting headaches as they have filmed the movies in such a wonderful way! I mean most of the movies not all.

Such a shady business. Their lowest membership is useless with MOST courses because to download the needed course material, you will have to upgrade. **Also, it FORCES you to sign in through your LinkedIn account, even when your Lynda account is separate. LinkedIn surely does go to desperate measures to collect all data about you, so that they can annoyingly remarket to you.**

What a huge shame that Lynda has gone massively down hill. I used to like Lynda and had an ongoing monthly subscription, which I used to dip in and out of, to take a number of fairly useful tutorials. However, since they've now re-branded as LinkedIn learning, I feel that I've been bullied into having to use their 'new' (un-intuitive) GUI and now can't easily find the content I want. Further, they 'upgraded' my account and changed it to a LinkedIn 'Premium' subscription, without my consent. End result is that I've had numerous discussions with their (so called) support people and I ultimately cancelled my subscription (& my associated PayPal monthly payment agreement) and no longer use their services. I also looked up some relevant news/background and saw that Micro$oft acquired lynda.com's parent company Linkedin in December 2016 - Coincidence, I think not!
Why can't big corporations simply leave something that works alone and allow happy customers to continue to use the services they want.
Shame on Micro$oft!!!

I found this website through google and enrolled for their online programming classes. They have bunch of small small duration videos and it is very easy to follow those useful short videos and even if you are not a native english speaking person you can easily understand those lessons.

I really love Lynda. As a small business owner, I have some incredible resources that I wouldn't have had without doing a degree. Once you find the right course, it's well worth the money.
