I experienced excellent customer service from Lumie. When first ordering through their webpage it didn't seem like the payment had gone through (a problem with the internet crashing at my end) so I got in touch via email. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a reply within a couple of hours reassuring me the order had been received and additional confirmation sent through shortly after. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The refurbished Lumie Bodyclock turned out to have a fault (that only showed up sporadically over several days hence not being picked up on testing) so I got back in touch with the company. Again the response was very quick and helpful and I soon had a brand new Bodyclock sent as a replacement at no extra cost. All in all, very happy with a great product and refreshingly good customer support.

My partner and I bought this alarm clock as we'd had a couple of friends share positive experiences with us regarding theirs. We were totally blown over by how successful we've found it to be. Can't believe we've gone so many years knowing these existed and not buying one! Absolutely brilliant. Has really made a huge difference to our moods and capabilities first thing in the morning. It's bright enough, that with a double bed, it easily wakes us both up.

It was a christmas present, and apparently a very good one. A good feature is the one to aid sleeping. Waking up is a lot slower than your usual alarm clock. Would recommend this product.

Lovely neat device, much easier to find space for than my previous giant model!
Only slight criticism is that I cannot use it in portrait mode as it’s not very stable with the stand provided, but that’s not a problem as landscape mode is fine.
Was concerned that LED lights would be too glaring but the light is easy on the eyes.
All in all, very pleased with my purchase.

I have been using my Lumie light for many years now, and have only just replaced my second bulb. The light helps me to wake up naturally on dark winter mornings - it's much easier to wake up to a room that is already light instead of into darkness. Ordering replacement bulbs is easy and they arrive quickly and are well packaged for the post.

The lightbox I had wasn't working so I treated myself to a new one. I could feel my mood going down in October and dreaded another winter. I bought the lightbox in November and started using it straight away. The difference it made was amazing, I could feel my mood improving after three or four days.I would highly recommend.

I was disappointed with the clock. I only wanted a basic function such as sunrise & sunset, which is good. Then thought the birdsong feature would be so nice to have and bought this model. The noise effects are not realistic, The frogs and goats sound like mac donalds farm really jarring. The two bird song options are better, but there are two or three calls and are on a monotonousness loop
The clock face is fuzzy so the settings are hard to make out, and in red. The best feature is the sunrise

Most of all, it works!
Even living in Greece, I can't get enough natural light to fend off SAD now my sunbathing years are ended!

I've been ordering my replacement bulbs from directly from Lumie. It's not only fast but also very reliable. On my last instance, the replacement bulb arrived damaged and was promptly replaced in a couple of days, with clear and quick communications throughout :)

Shipping outside of the UK is extremely costly. Asked them if my order could be shipped using a cheaper method, and the representative flatly denied me this option. I think they could have done better than this.
