I am responding to Love Home Swap below, Reference the Paymenst and Trial of 3 months

What is written down below is a LIE

The credit card, is IMPSSIBLE to remove.. Gets locked up on their plateform.
At no point it is possible

a) to view under the account details
b) at no time is possible to remove, other than to Change.

Then the nightmare, as we have gone through.. all afternoon.

our afternoon, turned out to being frustrated, outraged, of such a dispicable system

Carrying on lying here, when all is written down are FACTS and not FICTions..

I dont need to spend my time here, to bring out awarness.

what is being done by Love Home Swap, and many other businesses is Incorrect and should be Illegal

instead of insinutaing that i am lying, then go and figure by yourself.. specially if you want to spend a full morning or afternoon, for something that should be streight forward.

the reason they keep the card blocked is that there are in every corner of the page, specially when you are on ipad or iphone... "Upgrade" you hover, then you are upgraded and your account is used to their benefit.

and what they do... very nice... they say How Sorry They are...

all that is truly sickening

I am new to Love Home Swop and my first experience has been faultless.My family enjoyed the house we swapped with and it fulfilled all our expectations.
We now look forward to doing it again.
It is a very good answer to going places.

Excellent system / idea using their points. The only issue is that numerous owners don't either read your request or don't bother to answer. Very frustrating when trying to arrange a trip. As a result, many owners have loads of points which they can't spend. Takes perseverance but we have had some fantastic swaps. I have recommended to the company that they should have some form of sanction system for owners who do not reply. No point of having the site full of non partakers. Just wastes everyone's time. There are also owners who are just using the site to promote their property but are only interested in renting. You can usually tell these as they are offering amazing properties at 100 points a night. Time wasters.

It is a fantastic home swap site, everything is positive about it.
We done lots of wonderful swaps on the other side of the world.

I have always had an excellent experience using the Love home swap website. The places I have visited , the people I have been in communications ( the home owners and the love home swap staff) have always been a pleasure to deal with. I will and I will remain active member and hope in the future to be able to find more time to exchange homes and travel around the world.

We have had some great holidays, met many very interesting people, and made some new friends. A great way to enjoy travel and people.

We have been using LHS for a number of years now. Each swap has been well organised and efficient. The swaps we have made have all been excellent. We have seen some of the world and made friends along the way. Cant recommend it enough

The process works.
The website can be a bit clunky and not as easy as some to navigate but all in all it does what it says on the tin!

Have had amazing home swap experiences ... my very favorite way to travel

When you own a holiday home this site works extremely well for any accommodation you need while travelling. We very quickly found a favourite property to use our points swap with and have stayed twice now. Easy to use.

Great idea, very happy with my swaps so far! Good customer support team too.

Love the idea and what experiences it has given to our family during the years we've been active members. We've visited places we'd have not been able to visit otherwise. We've enjoyed beautiful views, wonderful hosts, cozy homes and daily-life experiences when stepping into others peoples lives. Just amazing! Trust is in the core of everything in this service and without trust there's no humanity. Strong recommendation!

I love Love Home Swap and always recommend it to friends. I have travelled to many places in the world and stayed in beautiful homes and even made good friends with people I have swapped with. The only downside is, that quite a lot of people do not respond which is frustrating. It's obviously not the sites reliability in question here, but I do wish there was a way they could make sure people do always respond one way or another.

The platform works perfectly and enables you to have reliable contacts for swapping. I am very satisfied with it!

LHS is a rip off. Their terms and conditions are hidden. In addition to membership fees they charge a hidden 89 euros for every swap you make for points. On challenging them their response and justification as to why swaps I have made where the home owners do not get charged is it only applies to members subscribed since 2017 when they changed their rules( without any information or notice). If you call them their " membership" and "customer service" departments will give you different answers ( particularly about their new instant system. They just make the rules up on the hoof!!.

EXCELLENT!!!!! WE HAVE ENJOYED EVERY SWAP ITS THE BEST!!

LHS is fantastic. It has to be careful not to charge members when they make bookings as it then makes LHS less worthwhile and members may feel cheated.

We truly had the best experience. The communication with our hosts was of the highest standard and our stay at their special apartment was faultless. They were extremely generous in all the changes they made to ensure we had a perfect holiday; and of course, our contact developed into a warm friendship.
Love Home Swap performed highly in every way that it promises.

I love being a member of LHS and think it's a brilliant system whereby you get to make new friends all over the world!

Love Home Swap is well set up but lacks information for beginners. I have had to contact them constantly to find out how to do things from reviews to putting pictures on properly.
They do need a comprehensive instruction list.

Great idea and the website is good but we need a functioning app back!

Swapping our home is great and we have had good experiences. Your platform is very hard to use and not intuitive at all. A better messaging service would be helpful.

Love the Instant program and ease of booking process for instant.

I wish software summarized my ‘favorites’ by geographic area instead of me scrolling through random properties saved in chronological order of ‘when’ i saved it.
