I have to say I'm surprised at all the poor reviews. My experience with Lombok has been first class. I ordered two large Lyon bookcases on 9th November, and received confirmation the same day. The Customer Service team were then in touch and a mutually convenient delivery day (21st November) was arranged shortly afterwards, with a two hour time slot. The day duly arrived and the two guys who built my shelves were courteous, hard working and tidy.
I love my shelves - they look even better than the web page suggested - and I have finally got rid of all the boxes that have been cluttering up my flat.
I honestly have nothing but praise for this company!

Haven't bought furniture but have bought home accessories. Service is always done with a smile and the products are great. Also bought from Jack & Tara (Their children's store downstairs) and that was equally as pleasing.

I have purchased many items from lombok and have never been disappointed with their quality, specifically their furniture. I purchased a stool in store and I received excellent customer service from Giovanni and he was more than happy to help me throughout. I collected the stool in store and again received fantastic customer service from both Kelly and Kieran who went above and beyond to make sure I got back safely with my product. I have purchased furniture and accessories on-line and have always received prompt notification of payment and if items are in stock I have always been called to arrange delivery so i am very surprised to see other negative comments. Thank you again lombok and see you soon for my next purchase!

I was so pleased when my Sumatra dining table, bench and mirror arrived. I ordered it on the website on the Monday and they delivered by the end of the week! The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the delivery service faultless. Furniture was built in my home and all rubbish removed. I have taken out finance on my items which was quick, easy and also most importantly interest free!
Would highly recommend to anyone. I am receiving many compliments for the furniture I have chosen!

Took a delivery of furniture from them today - the service was outstanding (particularly compared to the disaster I had with another company who were supposed to deliver!). I had an email yesterday giving me a two hour time slot, they turned up in that time, and despite having to carry heavy furniture to a second floor apartment their delivery people did not complain once (although I could see it was far from easy), and remained helpful and cheerful. The products themselves are great too.
