We purchased dining table, dining chairs, bed and bedside table from Lombok. Lovely pieces of furniture after waiting patiently for them to be shipped in from Indonesia.
Excellent and professional delivery staff - Aaron, Ren and Mario were super efficient and friendly. They built the furniture quickly and to a great standard. They even took away some extra card boxes that we needed to get rid of which was really helpful.

After waiting patiently we received our bed today. Dan and Chris arrived, were straight on the task, were careful and cautious taking it upstairs and were super quick on the construction. Appreciate all your help and effort guys.

It is hard to find solid, well made furniture on the highstreet, but Lombok offers exactly this. The furniture (and accessories) are unique and add so much character to a space. I have bought many items from Lombok over the years and know from experience that the furniture is strong, ages beautifully and is designed with practical proportions. The accessories are good value and always add lots of interest too. The delivery drivers have been very efficient and professional evey time I have had something delivered. Thanks Lombok!

Excellent service. Quick delivery, the delivery men (Pete and Kristoff) called to confirm slot. They were quick to assemble (a dining table- just what I imagined from pictures), very polite and cleaned everything. Would use this service again.

Attended an amazing Lombok event in their Tottenham Court Road store in London last Thursday 7th November where they launched a 7 day service for certain items of furniture, its made in London.
They've also got a sofa in a box launching!! I was not only super impressed with the event, but I met some of the creative team behind the business...wow are they passionate about furniture and design.. but also about positively challenging the industry to improve its manufacture and delivery times. What a great bunch, good luck guys it was a pleasure to meet you, best of luck with your fab brand.

Ordered a sofa, made to order. Arrived in 7 days as promised, I was doubtful whether this would be possible as it seemed very quick but was very happy to be proved wrong. Was treated well when I rang to double check my order, really nice staff and service in the showroom. Sofa is excellent; classy, comfy and high-quality. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my new mustard velvet chaise couch! I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I went to Lombok and the options and fabrics were endless so I got the dream couch. The team were very helpful and I’ve never experienced such a helpful delivery team.

I have been a customer of Lombok for several years. More recently, I must say, there have been some issues along the way...mainly, it appears, with communication between the shop and the warehouse. However, any problems have always been solved, as customer service, for me, has been more than excellent. Dealing with Scott, in customer care, has been a pleasure and invaluable. He is pleasant, polite and reliable.....an efficient troubleshooter.
