Had 3 concerts cancelled. Contacted for a refund and in my account within a few days. I would certainly call that good service so ignore the idiot who gave them a bad review re a draught, what a clown. Well done RLP

Cold and draughty in the left hand front stalls. Did not enjoy the performance at all. There was obviously a door open somewhere. Asked the staff about and was told it was an old building. The building has been recently renovated to my knowledge.
