I called into your Leeds store at the beginning of October as my bangle bracelet was faulty and the end had come off after only one month of use. The consultant took my name and number and said he would order a part in for me to collect. No contact has been made to myself and now the store has closed I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible to rectify this matter.

If I could give Manager??? in Princes Square Glasgow 0 I would, no wonder this place is closing down, staff clearly have no interest in customer service.
I asked a staff member about a silver necklace, Think someone forgot to tell this female ( who claimed to be the store manager Mmmm)
she works in the service industry!!!
I was told that’s the only necklace we have, again she couldn’t be bothered, I told this female if you can’t be bothered, could you get me someone that will help me...
she told me to leave the shop ?,
I decided to spend my money in Pandora!!!
Get used to losing money Links of London if these are the people who represent your company!!!
Closing a business does not give you the excuse to be rude!!!
I was trying to support the high street.
Shame on her!!!

My husband went into the Brent Cross branch to buy a watch strap. It wasn't busy- no customers at the time, 2 sales assistants chatting. He asked to see some straps. SA asked what size of strap? He wasn't sure of the size, but asked if he could see the straps anyway- if he knew what was available, he would return with the watch. Sales assistant said, 'it's not worth showing you, if you don't know the size'...
Reading the reviews, I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere down the line, we hear this shop has gone into administration...
Customer service is everything but these sales assistants think it's a place to come for a natter and just ignore or be plain rude to potential customers.

I called the Covent Garden store on Friday, to see if they had the ring that i wanted in my size. I was told by the sales assistant that, yes we have the size and colour that you want and there is a few of them left.
I went to the store within a few hours after leaving work. When i got there, there was two S.A'S, one was serving a customer, the other saw me and asked if i needed any help.(I thought of course i do that's why i'm standing here). However i answered politely saying that i had come to purchase a ring that i had called about earlier and was told that you had a few in the silver colour and size that i wanted. She went to look for it along with the S.A. that must have been the one that took the call earlier. They were stooping down behind the counter, for what seemed like 10 minutes. The S.A. that served me said none left. Then she asked are you sure you was told that we had the silver?
She polished off the lie by saying that we have been busy and maybe we had sold it... The S.A. that probably was the one that took the call looked sheepish, didn't apologise and went back to what she was doing. The S.A. that served me said we have it in other colours. (I thought so what!). That is not what i asked for. I asked for the silver and was told it was in stock in my size and obviously the S.A. that answered the phone didn't hear correctly or didn't care as they are closing down. Is there any wonder with staff like this?

Just had the worst shop assistant ever in the Kingston upon Thames branch today! I had rung ahead to ask about watch straps and the Eastern European young lady who answered assured me they had the one I wanted in my size! Not only was she incorrect but with 20 mins to to go before the store closed, I was looking at other straps and she said could I hurry up and make up my mind as the shop was closing and then begun to pointedly look at her watch several times! When I asked her to stop as she was being incredibly rude her response was I will look at my watch as often as I like! The rudest most ignorant assistant I have ever had to deal with! Fortunately the shop manager was absolutely lovely and stepped in! I’m sorry Links you are in administration but with truly horrendous staff like her, I’m not surprised people would rather spend their money elsewhere!!

Recently purchased a piece of jewellery from the store in Leeds what a sham!
After having to return this three times I was made to feel as though it was my fault that their goods were faulty!!!
I then contacted Customer Services, what a joke they are, I don’t think they would know the meaning of the words!!!!
After a couple of very patronising emails, both of which had to be prompted by myself to reply to me, I still feel disgusted by their attitude and response to me!
As I didn’t feel at any point my questions had been answered I contacted the Customer Services Manager via Linkedin again no response!
After reading the reviews on this site I’m not surprised the amount of negative comments!
After reading your reply I whole heartedly stand by my review and will not purchase from Links of London again!!

I had a links sugarcane ring for about 7 years, bought for a special birthday by a family member so it has great sentimental value to me. The stretchy cord it was on broke on one side and I carefully collected all the ‘rings and bars’ that fell off and took it to kings road branch to fix, I explained that I was one ‘ring’ missing, so they probs need to take out one extra ‘bar’ and one ‘ring’ to make an even number, and I would expect them to give me the extra parts back.
When I went to collect the ring, I could hardly get it on, and they said it was tight because it had been restrung, I counted the ‘rings’ and ‘bars’ in front of them and there would have been 30 ‘rings’ and ‘29’ bars, there were however 26 ‘rings’ and 25 ‘bars’ I asked for the remainder back and they said they would have to ask the person who repaired it and let me know. I heard nothing a week later so decided to call them, they said they didn’t know anything so would get Brad office to email-a week later I got an email saying there was nothing they could do as they had now gone into administration and it was now ‘out of their control’ and sorry for the inconvenience!
The thing that annoys me the most, is their shops are still trading on the high street, with no notices or warning to customers who may buy gifts for loved ones for Christmas, which may need to be returned after Christmas, they will then not be able to get a refund as they have gone into administration! But I’m sure they will be ‘sorry for the inconvenience!’ ???

I recently treated myself to a links of london bracelet and globe charm on the return journey from my summer holiday on board my TUI flight.
Within a few days the catch on the globe charm broke. I went into my local Glasgow store confident that I would get a replacement.
Although I was eventually did get a replacement I was made feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable because I had not purchased instore.
Within a couple of weeks the catch on the replacement charm broke also.
I once again eventually got another totally different charm but was told they were only doing this as a goodwill gesture as I had not purchase instore.
The whole experience instore was just really uncomfortable.
Links have some lovely jewellery but due to this experience will never agaib visit this store.

Links Cambridge.
I'm afraid this is quite dated but our experience was so good I think its still worth mentioning.
My husband and I got engaged in early 2011 and decided on a ring from Links, even if we couldn't afford to buy a ring from their engagement range.
We planned on a silver and sapphire ring for myself and a silver signet ring for my husband.. Both items totalled less that £500 so for a jewellers, hardly a big sale.
However, the staff were amazing and made us feel so special, even opening a bottle of champagne. They gave us the engagement ring shopping experience you'd expect when spending tens of thousands, not the meagre budget we had.
They gave us an experience we'll always remember and when we have the means we look forward to purchasing a diamond eternity ring.
I've since purchased 3 friendship bracelets and a sweetie charm bracelet which I add to when I can.
Links have two customers for life with us and I'll always be grateful Links Cambridge for giving us an experience we'll ever forget.

Was shocked at the bad reviews, I've received outstanding customer servicing from Links of London. Most recently with my cuff links that they couldn't repair so they sent a new pair - outstanding service. Clever as it made me even more loyal....purchased a bracelet for my wife as a wedding anniversary gift the very next week!

I have been a customer for 25 years. Great quality products and always had lovely service. However recently I had outstanding service after losing a necklace. A Links employee went to great lengths to source a replacement necklace, which was discontinued, and then posted the replacement to me as I was unable to collect. She really went the extra mile.

Purchased a bracelet and necklace that are not used everyday and cost a significant amount of money. Both have broken despite only being worn occasionally and treated with care. Emailed Links of London who state I have to return to store.. despite this store having closed 2 months prior! No responsibility taken for poor quality, yet expensive goods. No solution offered, Totally disinterested, extremely bad customer service, wont purchase any further items.

Very surprised at the bad reviews, got nothing but praise for them.
It wasn't a complicated transaction, just 3 items in 1 package, but it was on time, perfectly presented and was exactly as expected from the website pictures.
I'd happily use them again

I bought a stardust bracelet a while back which kept on opening until I lost it twice due to a non-secure lock. Luckily each time I retrieved it, after which I stopped wearing it of fear of losing it again.
- On 26th November 2018 I've sent it for repair to Links on London.
- A month later I enquired when it will be returned.
- On 5th January 2019 they responded that they would send it to the repair shop and sent me a confirmation email for this.
- On 6h February 2019 I enquired again where is my bracelet.
- Now is 12th February 2019 and wrote to them again and still no answer.
Over 3 months went past and I don't know what they've done to my bracelet, why they don't respond to my messages and why they don't return my goods.
Their shop in Westfield White City closed. With this customer service, now I understand why.
Today 20 Feb 2019 I received the bracelet back and the lock has a dent. I feel that they send me a different bracelet because the square in the middle is now tilted inward which was not the case when I bought it. They damaged the goods in the process.
Over all this is the last time I will order from them.

Had a problem with a repair on a 2week old necklace. Called customer service numerous times and left my details with the assurance I would hear back within one working day.. Needless to say I am still waiting over a week later... The problem is now sorted as I went into store (great service in store I do have to say) but appalling customer services. Will avoid purchasing Links in future as I don't want to spend my hard earned money with a company that cares so little and it sounds like I arent the only one..

I should have read the reviews before I ordered online. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the customer service because I put down the wrong address by accident (they have this auto-fill thing for address).
They took my name/email and said they would get back to me. I also emailed them about my situation. Days passed, still nothing... Just called again, they took my name again and said the same thing ..after reading everyone’s review, I’m seriously worried now. Very disappointed for a big brand like this

I AM SO UPSET about my experience with…
I am so upset about my experience with Links of London Pacific Centre in Vancouver; I dropped my bracelet off to be re-sized and they somehow lost it, yep someone else apparently came in to pick it up and they don't have it. I was given a copy of the signature of the person that picked it up and it looks NOTHING like my signature. I am getting no help from the company here in Vancouver and unable to get a hold of any customer service person in London. This is infuriating. The bracelet is very valuable to me in so many ways. I've NEVER had such terrible customer service in my life. I have had to involve the police and really hoping they can help. Anyone else have an experience like this? please reply to this

Ordered bracelet charm online and chose a shipping method to get well before Christmas. The order sat in a processing status for 5 days. I contacted them via the online facility which sends a email. I have never ever had any response. But what did happen, is I got a automated email saying the item was dispatch, it never turned up, apprently it got shipped to another county based on the post code the websites automatic fill chose to use.
I contacted them on the phone, where I was blamed for putting a CV postcode rather than my HP postcode. They insisted I the customer, contact their courier to fix the issue. I pointed out the contract for shipping is between links and the courier not me and the courier. I had tried before talking to links and they would discuss it with me.
It was agreed the product could now no longer get to me in time for Christmas, so they agreed to contact the courier and immediately refund the purchase price. We are now 7 days on and absolutely not her has happened. I have opened a paypal case.
I am only sad I hadn’t read the other damning trust pilot reviews before dealing with them.
Next steps will be small claims court and trading standards.

Really bad company to deal with. They sent an email advising order by 5pm on Saturday 22nd December 2018 for delivery before Xmas. I ordered by 3pm but I’ve just received an email to say item will be delivered on 27th of December! Left me with a huge problem as it was a present for my wife. Their phone lines don’t work either. Appalling way to run a business. Will never buy from them again!

Placed an order a week ago then got an email saying that the order has been cancelled. No explanation. Called the customer service and promised to check and email me back, which never happened...OMG! Why not telling me earlier. That was supposed to be my wife's Christmas gift. Your company totally ruined it. WILL NEVER BUY THIS BRAND.

I can honestly say Links of London are the worst company in regards to customer service. I sent my bracelet in to be repaired (broken due to its poor quality) for them to loose it. I had been chasing it fro two months - since being delivered into the warehouse. I have been told loads of different stories from 'yes its been repaired and is being sent back this week' to 'DPD have lost it' to 'We've lost it in our warehouse'. Was told not to worry though as they were going to send a replacement - how can an important piece of jewellery with sentimental value be replaced?? Was promised a call from a manager - nothing as yet. Also promised a replacement - nothing as yet. Shocking service. I feel like they lost it a month ago and was too scared to admit it. It's taken me constantly calling to actually speak to someone from customer service as been told 'they are all too busy'. Then be told be a member of the team that no messages get passed to them - no emails are read - they don't communicate with any other department. Seems very strange to me. I was also told that they are having a lot of parcels go missing through DPD (well don't use that company then?!). I was also told that I 'need to understand they are short staffed' - how is that my fault and how would that stop you from loosing my property? I hope I do get a bracelet (would prefer to have my actual bracelet back) - though I'm not going to hold my breath.
I wish I'd looked on Trust Pilot before sending my bracelet back as this appears to happen a lot. Though I was reassuringly told by a member of the customer service team 'Well I've been here since June and this has never happened under my watch'. Absolute joke.
