The products are excellent as are the prices. I am a returning customer and now my extended family all have LED lights in their homes. It would have been 5 stars but the web page isn't the best (of course, it could just be me). Still, it won't prevent me from buying from LED HUT again. Highly recommended.

A recent order consisted of four LED bulbs. Of the four only one worked correctly, without flickering. I attempted multiple times over a number of days to contact customer services however the phone simply states that the call cannot be connected.
I made contact via email and was informed to use the LED Hut online return process, yet that doesn’t work!! Further emails and advised at my cost to return the items with a covering letter? I asked for a prepayment authorisation but they don’t do them.
Effectively, I have to spend additional money and return the items by 2nd class recorded delivery.
Latest email from LED Hut is that there is only one person working in customer services and the ‘phone is ringing of the hook’ - there’s a surprise!

im not sure what has happened by I am sure i ordered warm white lights and ive just installed what was sent and its actually cold white. I have been onto the website and tried to re order to replace, but there are no warm white led strips in stock. i am hoping LED Hut can double check and hopefully send me a replacement LED strip length in the warm white .

A replacement led tube for one that was delivered broken previously. This one arrived broken the same as the first. The two stars are for the poor packaging and delivery. The first delivery was late, not 48 hours, and there was no urgency to re-supply the replacement. I now have to wait all over again.
