I would give less then one star, If I could.
The costumer service was poor, my parcel never arrived and got send back because they spelled my address wrong.
And there was no free shipping even though I spent over 200€.
Also I would have not gotten a refund if I had not payed with PayPal.
Do not order there!!

My parcel got lost and the carrier that Lazy Oaf works with told me to contact them for my money back. I’ve tried contacting Lazy Oaf multiple times about this but nothing happens. I was under the impression this was a trustworthy brand but that fact you can’t get through to them and you lose so much money is ridiculous.

I love the designs and ideas - but recently it has becomed more fast-fashioned vibed as they pump out whatever collection they can think of as quick as possible. Price is going up and quality is going down, the price is not worth it as it doesn't have any eco-friendly fabrics and is made in places like Bangladesh or China. If you must buy then either buy on cheap sale or just buy second hand on apps such as depop.

Ordered a fair few items from them with no issues. Super products that were delivered really quickly.
This all ended with my last order where there was an issue with my order. One of the pairs of socks that I ordered developed a hole after only wearing them once. I emailed customer support who responded quickly and swiftly arranged a replacement. No fuss and all super friendly and professional.
Always gives me the confidence to support a brand that has lovely products and equally great service to back it up which is sadly lacking with a lot of companies who sell higher end products.

I’ve always admired lazy oaf, however my recent experiences have left me slightly disappointed. As many other reviews have resonated, I feel like it’s not entirely their fault as the pandemic is causing havoc. I will continue to support them though!

I ordered 6 items 4 didn’t fit. I emailed lazy oaf response was send it back. Their website says they pay for exchanges to be sent. They kept responding to email with we are busy trying to keep up. Weeks have gone by. I went to post office to send back and it cost 75.00. Since they are basically unresponsive I am stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of clothes that don’t fit.

The photos are really clear and accurate on the website, as is the size guide. The dress is exactly as expected and is of excellent quality. Order was processed and delivered in a reasonable timeframe, and all in all I'm completely satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. This is the first time I've bought directly from Lazy Oaf - I've bought via ASOS and Urban Outfitters previously and never had any issue with any of their clothing.

I purchased 2 pairs of dungarees from Lazy Oaf, 1 pair I had to return, which I did at my own cost, signed for delivery. After a couple of weeks I had heard nothing, checked my Royal Mail tracking no. which told me they had arrived back at their warehouse/store a week earlier. I sent an email - no response I sent about 5 emails with no response. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. I did get my refund in the end but had zero communications from the company - an apology or acknowledment would have gone a long way to secure my custom. I will not be buying from them again.

Will never buy anything from this company again. Sure their designs are really unique but for the amount they charge the quality is dismal. I only kept one of the four items I ordered, was forced to pay $40 return from Australia only for my package to be kept from being delivered because I had to find out myself there was another $30 tax import fee needed to be paid that I was never told about. Since then I have tried NUMEROUS times across many different platforms to get in contact with someone with ZERO response. I understand this is an unusual and disrupted time but regardless your treatment of customers is disgusting.

I really like Lazy Oaf, their design is fantastic, love everything they come out with but... come on. The amount of money they charge for these vs the quality of them is terrible to the point where I feel scammed. Everything I’ve ever bought, £100 jumpers, £40 t-shirts.. all have been poor quality. Please please please up your game here, If you’re going to charge high prices we expect high quality. The final nail in the coffin was a £10 pair of socks that after 1 WASH shrivelled up and have gone dry/crunchy. Asking around this is quite a customer-wide problem that I’m most certainly sure they are aware of. I do not recommend this brand until they begin to care about their customers hard earned money and create clothes worthy of the hefty price tag. Also on a side note - why is everything MASSIVE?!

Wish I could give 0*. I sent back an order that was not true to size then never recieved my refund. After numerous emails which have remained unanswered, I'm feeling as though I am going to have to chalk this down to a massive failure trusting a company that promises everything but delivers or in my case refunds nothing... so upset and angry. If you read this @lazy oaf, my order number is 122843. Maybe try responding to your customers.

I order a product and NEVER received an order confirmation. I reached out to Lazy Oaf twice already and NO ONE has contacted me. I have never experienced this kind of customer service by any store. Order confirmations normally come within 24 hours and if I contact customer service, I get a response within 48 hours. I expect my money to be STOLEN, my product to NEVER COME, and to never hear a word from LAZY OAF. I am very upset. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are a SCAM.

I ordered on May 22,2020 and it is June 9,2020 and I have still not gotten my package. The tracking link they provided does not work, as the website says it is not a valid tracking code. The item was shipped on May 25, so there's no way it just hasn't popped up in the system yet. It has been 6 business days since I emailed them and I have no gotten a reply yet. I really hope I can get my money back. Not to mention, I ordered something else from them on the 26th of May and it is in the same situation. Tracking code not working and all.

I'm very impressed with the customer service. I ordered a two piece and it didn't fit the way I wanted it to. I returned it and my package got lost. Because I had proof of postage my order got refundend. I was very impressed and very thankful!

It’s a shame they don’t offer free returns, I understand not refunding original p&p costs, but then not to cover the costs of returns as well so a customer is out of pocket £8+

Amazing customer service!! I used the pop up chat and dealt with the loveliest girl called ‘Demi’! I was desperate to purchase a dress that was out of stock so I emailed in case they had anymore on the off chance and she managed to find something in my size and have it avaible for me to buy THE SAME DAY. Such great service and really kind and friendly manners. Would absolutely recommend, they really go the extra mile.

Overpriced to be very honest with you. I ordered the snoopy denim dress shirt and when I got it, I noticed that some of the stitching was off. I read the tag “made in China”. Which explains the poor stitching. I thought it’d be made in Europe considering the prices but I guess not. However, the feeling of it was fine. Didn’t feel cheap. It looks nice though!! Not worth $100

Bought 4 things for my daughter for Xmas. Thankfully she tried them all on. One dress we bought is stated as oversized but we bought small. it buried my daughter, no way it's a small... Oversized or not it still needs to fit a 'size small' person. Happy to return but then realised i had to pay for return. Now as the item is not as described and i am only returning one of four items , so therefore not taking advantage i don't feel i should have to pay for the return. It quite simply isn't as described, a size small person cannot wear it. I was informed the model in the picture was 5ft 9. That is not a small person!
I got nowhere with the Customer Service Adviser who just kept repeating the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager, after a few moments someone answered the phone . The said 'Hello', no introduction, i had to ask who they were. She said Becca, i asked again and she then said she was the Digital Manager. She again repeated what the earlier adviser had said, but just wasn't listening to me. I asked to speak to the Complaints Department, she said they were closed today. I didn't believe her. I was told to email [email protected] and they would respond in the morning. I was refused a name to email direct.
I looked online at Head Office and called that phone no, same person answered the phone who i had spoken to first who said they didn't have a complaints department! Different to what i had been told. She said the said the Customer Service team weren't in today.
If anyone has a contact no for someone higher on the company i would appreciate it. I certainly haven't received a good Customer Service today! and i will be very wary about buying from this company in the future

It's been a week since I placed my order, guess what, not even even shipped yet, and I'm only getting VERY vague answers from their slow customer service, such as "sometimes tracking number doesn't update for days" when in fact my dress hasn't even be heckin sent yet.
Last time I bought something from them the sweater ended up missing its patch, and I was extremely disappointed as it didn't look like the advertised product at all.
They don't give a damn about their customers satisfaction, and their quality check/warehouse stock management is a JOKE. I don't wanna hear from them again. Beautiful products but this shop is a hit or miss -- more of a miss for me.
EDIT: even though they affirmed my order had been shipped, I felt like I have had enough and opened a paypal dispute, which they promptly avoided my refunding me right away. I mean, if the parcel had been sent, there's no way they would have chickened out.
IMO they take orders, use fake tracking numbers as placeholders and then hope you do forget about your order long enough for it to be delivered a month later or get "mysteriously" lost since they don't seem to have stock.
Bye bye LO, I love your design but your team sucks !
