I would recommend the Kegel 8. I have been using it for three months to prevent a mild prolapse getting worse and to avoid urgent which was mentioned as a possible treatment. I am using it regularly and symptoms are reduced. I found it easy to use. I would have liked more explanation about how and when to increase the M A's and what to aim for in terms of MA's as one's goal..

I have used the toner as directed but found that on programme one, I had very little sensation and programme two just produced a burning sensation. When I queried this with customer services, I had the quickstart guide quoted back at me in an email which was unhelpful. I will persevere with programme one for four weeks but not impressed so far.
