It's not what you'd call ROCKET SCIENCE people... Size DOES matter, but try telling the likes of JD SPORTS (via either) MILLETS, GO OUTDOORS and/or BLACKS to name but a few.
The sites of ALL 3 will be near identical... except fer the name that is. UnFORTUnately?
The SAME can be said of the SIZE GUIDE, KEY to any successful transaction/purchase... unless (that is) you are happy to PAY FOR DESPATCH (then have it returned... again at your cost) REfund (in full) and lose the sale in question?
It's simple enough to understand AND PUT RIGHT, it goes like this...
YOU take a size UK12 shoe, so you check the SIZE GUIDE, and sure enough, your intended purchase IS available in your size... OR IS IT?
ALL 3 SITES will tell you that (in the case of the Peter Storm Howden Hiking shoe) UK12 is an EU47, but when it arrives? Is found to ONLY be an EU46, CLEARLY marked on the box and the TONGUE of the shoe... simples, AND YET? When you bring this to the attention of ALL 3 CS departments, they ALL make like THE THREE WISE MONKEYS D'OH

Does anyone actually get items from the sale price??
I put in 2 seperate orders in this sale, both were acknowledged and listed as in stock.
One order of 3 items (All listed as in stock) cancelled due to no stock, refunded the next day.
Other order for 2 items (Both listed as in stock) Cancelled due to no stock. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND 1 WEEK LATER!!
This has happened to me before with JD also.
Most of these items were meant as birthday presents, which i have not been able to afford to replace due to still waiting on refund.
All i got was a "sorry it's not our fault" yet again.
Customer service REFUSED to let me speak to supervisor or duty manager and REFUSED to connect me with any complaints department.
I spend hundreds of pounds some months on sports clothing and can safely say JD WON'T be getting any of it in future.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE from what i THOUGHT was a reputable company.
USE ANOTHER STORE!!!!

awful, ordered items, parcel was damaged, an item was missing from it, this also happened once before about 6 months earlier or so, spent hundreds of pounds with JD. but not anymore after this, refused to send me the same item again, and gave no refund , as this happened once before, paid with clearpay who i also sent pictures to of the parcel before i even opened it, and refused them as well, mugged me out of nearly £25. so they have now lost 7 customers just from this household and 2 other households who i informed.

Absolutely shocking service, the trainers i ordered for my 19month old, size 6.5 come up so small they’ve caused injury after just 15minutes in the garden, I sent images showing how small they come up etc and the injury caused and that is the response I get (letter pictured) not a sorry, nothing! Not even a number or email address to respond to. I am taking this to trading standards.

I purchased trainers that had been worn, they had scuff marks and black marks on them. JD told me I couldn't exchange them unless I went to the store (being the fact all the stores are closed) and told me to purchase another pair and send these ones back with a label. I did that my new trainers turnt up fine but returning the faulty ones was another issue. After walking 8 miles there and back to the nearest drop off point I was told the shop was taking in parcels and the companies knew that. I then contacted them again to explain this and was told to pay for my own postage return and they will refunded the money with the trainers. I sent them back and paid the postage and I have not received any money back at all not even for the faulty trainers so in total a £92 pair of trainers has ended up costing me over £200.

By getting the order right they sent a liverpool shirt not trainers I sent the shirt back like they told me to do and then they said I might get my trainers or they would pay me my money back but still haven't heard anything.

I still have not recieved the trainers. And they are now trying to say that they delivered them. Worst customer care ever. Dont reply to DMs or emails until they feel like it. Feels like they are trying to blame me for their incompetence. Disgusting company.

Absolutely appalling service. I tried to cancel my order as I was informed that because the store had closed I would have to pay to return any items that were not suitable. Not long after I made this order I became unwell, turned out I was confirmed with Covid-19, again I sent another email telling them this and would not want to infect the items and send them back. Yet again they would not help and communication was starting to phase out even though there had been 50+ emails. They do respond in the public eye though so social media is your best bet. After refusing delivery I didn't hear anything back, I was trying to chase it up as this was not the only order I had. In total it was almost £400 worth of items. Luckily I paid with PayPal and asked them to open an investigation which worked out. If I hadn't id dread to think when I would get my money back. I am a front line NHS key worker and I really didn't need the stress and hassle that JD Sports caused. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers.
