Very pleased with my purchases, although the dog harness is slightly too tight around the neck, I'm hoping it will begin to loosen with each use - as per reviews (The next size up would have been too loose).
The only thing I could fault would be that it took about a week for my parcel to be dispatched. I enquired through their website and had a quick response confirming they had received the order within the week, it was just a waiting game wondering when it would be sent.
There was no check up/ reassurance email saying the parcel was on its way, I just had to wait. Overall 4****. Thank you very much!

Good robust product, if not fairly difficult to assemble!

After placing an order with Innerwolf, the items arrived promptly and were as ordered. After talking to them on the phone (they were very polite and helpful) I returned an item for exchange, and had similar problems regarding lack of correspondence to others. After a few weeks, however, they did respond and exchanged the item without any further problems. Innerwolf were relocating at the time, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and will probably order from them again in the future.
I really hope they can address any customer service issues they may have, as it is essential if they want to succeed as an online company as well as having a shop.
To conclude then, I believe Innerwolf are a good honest retailer.
