I ordered the Scorpion EXO 510 helmet but needed a larger size. They sent me a prepaid return label and refunded me the full cost without hesitation, so I could order a larger size. The helmet was excellent and great value for money. The Customer Service was also excellent and 2nd to none from a lady called Stella. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again without hesitation.

Really is that your best reply to my comments? Again more lies from this 2nd rate company . Aaron Thomson at customer services for infinity motorcycles sent me an Email to say he would look into the companies failures of my issue, and asked for more information from me , to which i replied to he's Email, and to date i still haven't had a reply! I suggest you start by telling the truth and stop telling lies disgraceful behaviour. Please do not use this company .

Fantastic service - My Helmet lost one of its clips that hold the visor on. Infinity sent the helmet back to the supplier which rectified the problem, Infinity’s service and after care was nothing short of amazing, these people care about their customers.

EDIT: while the problems happened as below they were quick to deal with the issue and I should receive the item tomorrow hopefully. Their system obviously needs some work but seems like they are looking to address it!
Ordering on line was straight forward and it seems that’s where it stops.
Selected click and collect for their Clapham branch yesterday afternoon for collection today. No update today despite it meant to be ready for collection today.
Had to ring store twice as first time they were too busy to talk to me, then tell me that they don’t have the item for me to collect and actually the system is showing as -1 stock which makes me think that they failed to set it aside yesterday when I made my order and then sold it to someone.
So I’m £135 out of pocket while I wait for them to see if they can get one from the manufacturer.... not helpful when it’s a security chain for the bike I have arriving tomorrow.
Oh and too top it all off their website still shows it as available to click and collect today so this could still happen to someone else despite there being -1 in stock.

A year and some months ago I bought an Oxford stormex cover at Infinity motorcycles. After one winter the stitches already came loose and water dripped down everywhere. But I only saw this until I was recently working on the bike and had the carburetors directly under the cover. The result: water dripped down in the engine. Since this cover only has one year warranty I couldn't receive a new one. I wanted to write a review on their website about the poor quality of this cover, but they refuse to place this review on their website, which isn't very honest (I already asked them why they couldn't place my review, but no response)

Returning an item is a pain, no refund, just a voucher.
I use them as a last resort... only because they have stores in London but usually they don't have in stock the items I'm looking for and have to backorder them.
I visited the store next to H Cafe recently, Tom is really a nice guy, great customer service there but apart from that, been to 2 other stores and didn't have the same experience.
It's usually more expensive than SBS.

Today I visited infinity motorcycles in Chiswick, London, to exchange some goods. I arrived within opening hours at 5.54pm. There was nobody at the till, and nobody came out until after the 6pm closing time. To my amazement, the staff member had said he had closed for the day and did the banking and thus would not serve me. When I had questioned why he had closed the till before the 6pm closing time, he said I should have called a half an hour before to let him know I was coming. He had also used the excuse that he was by himself that day, I'm not sure how that corresponds to closing early when shop advertising times say they close at 6pm, but this was his response none the less.
Now, is it me, or when a shop says they open until 6pm, the staff member should not close until 6pm?
What also shocked me is his response when I questioned him, with him saying he wont stay past 6pm and therefore closed before the shops closing time so that he could go home bang on 6pm. Is this what infinity motorcycles ingrain in their staffs behaviour?

Was in the Chiswick shop twice over the last few weeks and the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I probably dealt with 4 members of staff over the 2 trips there (and a phonecall) and they were all great. They really went above and beyond what you would normal expect. Thanks guys!

Such a shame. Thought they were a great company but after making contact on several occasions for a fault with my jacket that’s covered under warranty, they never came back to me.
Chose this company over an internet based one because I thought they had good customer care. Spending several hundreds of pounds on clothing and such a shocking level of service.

Bought an nxr helmet with visors and spada case.
Took some time before they sent the order but its season now so im not suprised.
Great price
Ok shipping time.
Spadacase for visors was very tight for my nxr visor.

I have previously called in personally to the Belfast store and had excellent service, due to the current situation the store is obviously closed, so I ordered online from another company which turned into a nightmare ending with my cancelling the order (see my other review for them). I should have thought to try Infinity online first. When I did got to Infinitys website I was able to find exactly the same Helmet and better gloves for a lower price on the Infinty site and got a further 10% discount code absolutely brilliant result saving me a lot of money. Infinity are my go to from now on.

Reasonable selection of products available in their London stores, with friendly and knowledgeable sales teams. Could possibly do with better crash-helmet advice and a fitting service as often these once every 4-5 years kind of purchase usually involves spending at least £500 and it would be good to have a more comprehensive service.
Loyalty programme is a bit wafty (i.e. not really worth worrying about), so I'd rather they concentrated on better in-store service.
That said, I'll keep considering Infinity Motorcycles for my motorcycle equipment needs.

There is many motorbike clothing out there and some have more items in their range too.
But non will deal with customers issues like Infiniti.
When you buy something online there is always chance something will go wrong with and if you want to be sure problem will get sorted get it from Infiniti.
Hannah is the best person i ever dealt with for after sale service. If i want buy anything it is from Infiniti..

Having spent thousands pounds with them when I bought my GoldWing I regret having given them my business. Their staff in chiswick are just indifferent they could not care less. Extremely disappointing. I would shop elsewhere from now on.

Recently went up to Farnborough to redeem a sales voucher. Received excellent customer services during the visit. They made me feel like my custom is valued which is excellent when compared to other companies version of customer service.
