This was the first time I purchased anything from India Jane and it will be the last. I was after some prints for the hallway and saw India Jane offering Avios point for purchase made through the Avios store. I bought 2 framed prints. The lead time was not explicit at all but I read on the website that overall 2-3 weeks lag is to be expected. Almost 4 weeks on I had: no comms from India Jane about the status of my order, I emailed lots of different email account over the last week all to no avail. The suggested ‘contact us’ emails differ on the website, versus those in order confirmation email versus the first ever automatic reply email I got today (woohoo!). On top of this ‘disappearing act’, Avios help team said that they declined to assign me with the Avios as apparently I didn’t make the purchase through the Avios shop - funny that, since my visit is tracked at the same time as my purchase confirmation email came through. Even more exciting is that the Avios people managed to actually get through to someone in India Jane!?!?!
Appalling customer service, very upset with my experience and will not be shopping there again. In the meantime it’s no prints and money already paid - feels like I’m being conned!
India Jane - sort yourself out before you trade online!

Bought large wine glasses from them and when I got them home one was smaller than all the others which was really annoying. I'd been charged for large wine glasses. I live too far away from the shop to go back so decided to buy 5 small ones online to make a set. These turned up and were even smaller than the one I was trying to match it too! I emailed twice for help and sent photo's and had to chase for replies. When I got a reply they said I could return them to the shop - too far away for me to go back to which I'd explained to them already. I asked for further help and they didn't reply. I'd bought a glass decanter too and asked if it would take a bottle of wine and they said yes. It doesn't take a full bottle which is a shame. Know your products India Jane!

Excellent service and quick delivery.

I appreciate Christmas is a busy period but I waited quite a long time before contacting India Jane to find out where my online purchases were. Andor was very helpful, he tracked them - they'd been sent to the wrong store - and got them redelivered to Bath. However, I again had to chase to find out if they were there as I hadn't heard from the store. I finally have them!

Refund process is shocking! cancelled item before Xmas and took several phone calls and assurances from the store that the refund would be effected when it fact it took almost 3 weeks - poor!

The service was OK and the goods arrived on time.

This was the better part of my India Jane 'experience.

The lady in the Marlow shop was brilliant and directed me to the web site to buy further products later on. The web site proved informative and easy to use. Everything arrived promptly and in good condition.I would recommend seeing the products in the shop before ordering so to be sure you like what comes.

By not sending customers damaged goods in the first instance and being quick to refund when goods are returned. I still have nor been refunded my payment after 9 days of return.
Such a poor service. Clearly no quality assurance on despatch otherwise why have I received a badly damaged item .

Service was good but one item was broken upon arrival - the urn planter

I found the postage expensive. It did not have tracking, so it was a big surprise when it arrived. Luckily I was at home.
The Christmas decoration is lovely and I did notice a drop in price since I purchased
in previous years.
I used these decorations all year round as finishing touches to doors and key.
