There was a big delay to a personalised item that I ordered and this was not communicated. I called up to get more information and I was told they would speak to the supplier and let me know by email. No email arrived so I had to call again a week later. Item has still not arrived which I ordered over 3 weeks ago. Would have been helpful if they had communicated the delays to me rather then me having to phone up to find out what is happening with my order. These gifts were for friends with new babies so I would have not ordered them if I was aware it would take a month until I received them. On the website GLTC said it would take up to 10 days to arrive.

Bought a cabin bed 5/4. Earliest delivery date 22/4. Requested different date as away and heard nothing. Apparently delivery company only deliver in areas every 2-3 weeks. Tried contacting delivery company without success.

I bought an item but when it arrived it didn’t fit were I wanted it to go. I phoned the help line and they arranged for it to be collected and returned to GLTC the following day. The refund was back in my account within 5 days. Over all they seem like a well organised company with a helpful help line. I would definitely use them again.
