Order reference GG18031142160-B9-L Switch Bundle £319.99
Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering
Ordered before 3 pm for the next day delivery as it says on the website. Didn't arrive next day. When I did receive a parcel all it had in it was the wrong carry case, a jiffy bag and an order saying some orders arrive in separate packages. I have still not received anything else. I have paid £319 for a switch bundle and all I have to show for it is a case that I never ordered!
Have tried the online contact form no answer, have tried emailing direct to webatgraingergames.co.uk no answer. Seems the only way you get a response is through here.
Thing is going to store I have never had any problems its just the online service is shocking and I am seeking advice from the citizens advice line as how to recover my money and buy a switch from a more reliable company.

I ordered black ops 3 pre-owned on ps4 from the site on thursday and it finally arrived which i was excited to get back in to. My excitement was quickly dashed as soon as i grabbed the case and heard the disc moving inside so i opened up the case to the disc not even being in the case properly which wouldn't of been that bad if the disc even worked. What a sad day in grimsby. I might not use grainger games again because this was upsetting and disappointing

After reading the reviews on here I was very dubious about ordering an iPhone 8+ from this site at an absolute brilliant price !
I need not have worried though as my iphone arrived with no issues. Condition was mint as described and delivery wasnt bad either - ordered on Thursday morning and arrived on Tuesday - that was with standard free delivery.
I'm very happy and would use again - especially at the price I paid !

I'm trying to buy a new console but they've removed the stock checker on the website and I can't get in touch with the store, it just keeps ringing. The last time a GG shop actually picked up the phone when I've tried calling was about 3 months ago.

Bought Nier Automata 2 weeks ago for £34.99 new condition (in stock) on their website. Took my money, nothing arrived. 2 weeks on, no respond in the latter of last week, busy tone on phone to store in Newcastle all day. Wouldn't respond to contact form, emails, facebook messenger either.
They sent the refund minutes ago with no correspondence whatsoever, would not use ever again.

So I ordered a game on Sunday, got my confirmation. Went to browse through the website and saw that on Monday they had a new website. I logged in to find it had no record of my order. I filled in the online form that day and I’m still waiting a response as I have no idea if I will ever receive my order.
Now I go online and find the thing I have ordered is not out of stock.
After reading other posts on here I now gather this is a common issue.
I emailed the form again yesterday after speaking to somebody in store as I’m quite concerned that I’ve been charged for an order that doesn’t exist anymore.
UPDATE: I have now received a email saying it has been dispatched today. I wasn’t worried about the time for dispatch it was more that my order completely disappeared. Thanks for your response.

I placed an order for my sons PS4 with a delivery time of 3 - 5 days. No phone number to call and after 2 email, still no reply. Very upset that it's less than 2 weeks until Xmas and I might have to tell my son! Thanks a lot Grainger Games!

Ordered an Xbox Afterglow controller with the cheapest delivery because I was in no rush (or maybe free delivery, I forget) and it was in my hands about 4 days later. I was chuffed to bits.
Only went for 4 stars because 5 stars suggests you'd recommend to others, which due to the amount of 1 star reviews I'd be wary of recommending them to others, but they were on point when I used them :)

Ordered a game on the 2nd of October (Monday) and today is the 7th of October (Saturday) and my order still has not been processed or shipped. I cannot cancel my order because their is no way to do so in my Grainger Games account. Also, they have not responded to my e-mail which I sent them 3 days ago. Absolutely pathetic. A bad company with low standards who does not care about customer satisfaction. This is my first and last order with Grainger Games as they clearly do not care about acquiring and keeping customers.
If my order is not shipped by next week, I'll be going to my bank to file a chargeback against Grainger Games.

UPDATE
------------
Just received an e-mail from Grainger Games today (the 10th of October 2017) to say my order has been shipped. What a joke.

Bought an Iphone 6S in April this year and the battery is failing. Used to get about 6 hours from a full charge even on Aeroplane mode but it's continually got worse. May get 2 hours now at best. It has a 2 year warranty however as there is a crack in the corner of the screen their policy is that the warranty isn't valid. They can send it away to get it fixed nut they'd have to charge me. I would rather pay someone else to fix it. I've purchased 2 Xbox and 3 Playstation and numerous games from Grainger over the years thinking they needed by business more than their competitor GAME. I won't be going back for anything else that's for sure. GAME has any future business from me from now on

Stay clear of Grainger games in MetroCentre. The guy with a tattoo on his arm and blonde charger kid will swap out your working PlayStation for a broken one and say it's not working. Never trade your working consoles as they will say they are "TESTING" it and then swap it under the table and give you back a broken one!!!!! THEY WILL OFTEN DO THAT TO CONTROL PADS! Try and buy a new game and you'll get a preowned one!!!! You'll know because it's not sealed. Get rid of the charver that works in the MetroCentre with a Tattoo he's the one nicking all the games and swapping the boxes he doesn't even know the difference between Fat and slim PlayStations. Grainger games is where they will swap out your working items for Broken faulty one under the table Nd say they are "TESTING" it. It's a shame this site I can't ZERO rate them....Damn that guys that works in the MetriCentre with tattoos! He stole my PlayStation.

avoid Altrincham Grainger games absolutetly greedy shop, bad attitude to the customers and unbelievably rude and terrible management, I purchased a brand new ps4 controller for my cozen when turns out his brothers already bought him one, I thought no problem as ive kept my reciept and controller is still in original packaging, Took it to the woman in grainger games and she point blank refused me a refund despite the fact its 1 day old ive got my reciept and product is in original packaging. Her only explanation was that the store policy will not return it because it isnt faulty and if I was unsure of there policy I shud of asked before purchasing it, also despite the fact that its a day old and still in original box with the reciept, spoke to the customer service on the phone after the manager eventualy rang them after several times of me politelyasking her to .They eventually said they will meet me half way not refund me the full £45 pounds but £38, I didnt have much of a choice as it was either this or nothing however this in my opinion isnt meeting the customer half way and it is in no means looking out for the customer. On top of all this the most fustrating part was the female manager sam who worked in there, her attitude stunk and she was increadibly rude laughing in my face and telling me that if I dont like it shop somewhere else. I definitely will shop somewhere else now as I new this shop was greedy, especially when I saw the mark up on the games when they buy and sell them on. However I didnt realise it was this greedy, absolute disgrace!

Instead of Grainger Games being good hearted and charging the retail price (which is either £69.99 or £79.99) they decided to mark it up to £85, that's a £15 increase overall.
It's pretty shameful of Grainger Games to do this as it only damages their reputation ever so more.

Bought a 3DS game online, it came quickly enough but the problem is that this game is FLITHY like it's got brown sludge on it... god know what is it. Really not acceptable to send you need to clean it first at least. First time ordering from grainger, probably the last.

Like many of the people on here I ordered a new game as a gift, and received an opened (Possibly) new game with a case smashed to bits. A couple of weeks later I got a refund (too late for the birthday) and not even an apology (just a snotty look at our conditions before buying comment). Looking at the complaints on here I got of lightly.
PS I was amused how Grainger have stop replying to (or caring about ) comments since October last year

Ordered persona 5 steel book edition for a birthday present. The company told me it was dispatched, item never arrived and only way of contacting them is through their email address, which takes far too long to resolve anything. Item is also sold out everywhere now.

I tried trading in a lot of PS3 racing car games in at Grainger Games. So I counted them up on the website to see how much I would get them for. Then when I took them to the store I got £10 less. Baring in mind it was a newbie behind the counter. He was literally looking for every mark on the disks and if there was a mark he wouldn't take them in! It's a pre-owned game what would you expect?! For them to be brand spanking new? So a couple of my games couldn't get traded in due to very light surface marks. Yeah, games that I've previously bought from the store that THEY sold me.
Also, a couple of the games that were different editions got scanned wrong or changed in the computer. DiRT 3 Complete edition got scanned as the normal DiRT 3 game so I would get less. This new guy tried scamming me, and yes I counted correctly on the website. Absolute BS. I refused to trade in with them. Not as long as the new guy is working in the Store.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for my local Grainger Games store in South Shields, I had a few questions before making a purchase and the assistant who served me was more than happy to help, I left the store happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to family and friends, I just wish I could remember the name of the assistant who served me so I could thank her on here.

The Good
So the price for the order was great, Granger listed it as as Grade A - which was completely correct. The Apple TV was still in its original packing materials.
The less good
The box was just placed in a jiffy bag, so there was some damage to the box which I assume happened in transit. slight annoyance but otherwise okay
The bad.
Whilst I appreciate the delivery was free 5 business days was more than I was expecting. I'd have happily paid for delivery had it been an option, but sadly it wasnt.

I ordered the game around two weeks ago and it hasn's arrived. We complained and they blamed it on the Royal Mail, and now have to wait another two weeks until I can request my money back!!!
