I just got severely cheated by goibibo. After received a booking confirmation of a hotel with booking ID, few days later they called, demanding more money otherwise they would cancel my booking! After I denied paying more, they canceled my booking but scaringly showing In the system that I as a customer canceled the booking... harrowing experience

I booked a cab on 13th feb and after booking the date jumped to 17th feb. And the partial money got deducted from my account. For cancellation I could not reach any of these useless people because they do not have any customer care cell to contact. This looks like cheating people. Please boycott them.

I booked a international flight with goibibo, Lufthansa airlines. Due to pandemic the airlines cancelled the flight for everyone. Airlines confirmed the refund but goibibo looted my money and have not refunded my money until now. Please don't believe these frauds and don't book airline tickets with these third rated cheap fellows who are looting money from their customers

Fraud company. Don't book tickets. You will not get money back if you reschedule your flight.T they charge you and say will get back but will not. You will lose your money. They call you just to pretend they will help. they cannot be communicated afterwards. They have numbers but it is computerized and nobody answers.Pls, don't book from them.

I had a bad experience booking through goibbibo. Its a very bad website with no value for customers. I booked hotel through goibbibo and for the price the hotel was horrible in the covid situation with no precautions and sanitization. Room was bad, bathroom door broken. Intercom absent. No hot water. Ac was not working. I paid almost 3k for a night for such horrible facilities. I immigration informed with pictures but didn't get any response back from goibbibo team. I urge noone to book anything through goibbibo.

Big fraud
I booked cab for airport from karol baag, which just take 20,25 minutes in early morning. But cab driver said cab can't go due to battery problem. He left me alone on the road at 4:30 AM. Terrible. It was scary but there is no way to contact goibibo customer service. Very very bad experience. Never book from goibibo.

My round trip flights got cancel due to Covid in 2020. Earlier Goibibo committed that I will get credit shell amount to use for future flight booking. Today, when I tried to book a flight, I have not found any option to use credit shell in Goibibo app. Also, they only refunded partial amount of one of the trip of my round trip. However, Indigo airlines support commenting that entire refund amount is credited to agen Goibibo. If airlines are providing entire refund why Goibibo refunding only partial amount? Also, no customer care agent service which is worst for any travel agent app.

It’s fraud trust me it’s fraud . they just don’t care they just play with your money
I booked a hotel room and then realised I had booked it for the wrong date (I wanted a room on 6 th but unfortunately I booked it on 5 th for 5 th check in and 6 th check out )
I tried to cancel it was successfully cancelled but they deducted the entire amount it costed around 1700 they deducted and said it’s non refundable and I called the customer care and it’s useless they only ask about the upcoming booking and present booking they don’t even care about customers feedback or any other service . How can they play with someone’s hard earned money like this .please don’t trust this app it’s the worst ever

The Flight ticket From Delhi to Pune payment is deducted even after cancellation of Long payment process time. Meanwhile I got booking the same ticket from MakeMyTrip. So I lost Rs12,700/- due to their problem. customer care can’t be reached for resolving the issue and process for refund or any other travel booking. Customer care can reach to my no.9810607835 for assistance.

we have been charged double however hotel website is showig half cost. Booking was not confirmed from property owner. Luckly we call called the owner for some reason and they mentioned they did not accept goibibo bookings. Site has charged us full as no refundable amount. Half of the day wasted to clear our confirmation. At hotel again pathetic service and room conditions. Owner said he is providing 'Blankets' at least. Seriously we left all hopes there what to argue with that person. Extreme expensive with nothing facilities. rooms and toilet conditions very bad. Pictures did not match. No kit provided. No dustbins.

I have written several mails to Goibibo for the flight from Mumbai to Jammu for flight refund on 3 April 2020 cancelled due to covid19. Goair has initiated the refund through Goibibo. But Goibibo is unresponsive. There is no way you can talk to anyone as a pre-recorded message sends you a link to their website which is useless. Wish I can give a negative review.
This raises a lot of doubts about the company

GOIBIBO is a FRAUD company and has no Customer care to provide any answer for my 25th March tickets to Kuwait via Srilankan Airlines flight which was cancelled due to Lockdown. It has been 9 months since i have applied for REFUND.
They have just a USELESS BOT replying to customers queries on their App. And their customer care numbers are all out of service. Only 1 number works which connects only for purchasing New tickets, where FRAUD agents are working from home and getting GOIBIBO new gullible and unaware customers to CHEAT them - the customer care doesn't forward you for existing bookings to any agent - just a COMPUTERISED AUTOMATED REPLY has been feeded on the system which says that your ticket has been cancelled and Refund is in process - this has been going on for 9 months !!!

Is there anybody who could connect with goibibo customer care, please let me know. There is no way to get in touch with their customer service. It has become a nightmare for me to get the refund (its now more than 15 days and amount is more than 25000) from goibibo for the flight that has cancelled by airlines itself. There is no mechanism to check the status of your request raised for refund. I am sure, such a pathetic services by goibibo will hamper their credibility big time.

I had booked tickets for me & my wife for April 2020 journey dates from Ahmedabad to Barcelona. All above flights were cancelled by airlines. For refund of above tickets still I am waiting. For above journey there was one journey Ahmedabad to Delhi on spice jet. Few days back they issued refund for spice jet tickets. To my surprise it was rs. 378/- for two tickets. They got full refund from airline and passed me only 378/-. I didn't not accepted it & complained but no answer. They are not available on call anyways.

Worst Booking Experience! I wish I could rate negative. I booked a ticket for first week of Dec 2020, now due new covid norms post Diwali i planned to cancel my Ticket, but the cancellation option on the site does not work. Nor we were able to contact via call as they do not have manual customer support. They only have a BOT. We had to reach to the airlines and get it cancelled. Now when i need my refund their refund claim feature in the app is not working, tried reaching them multiple times but no answer these guys don't respond at all. They have the worst customer service ever. The calls doesn't connect. The app is terrible. There is no way to connect to them. I saw tons of complains stating the same issue. Do not ever book via them.

I have booked a flight from Gorakhpur to Pune and flight got canceled by airline and they 100% refunded to Goibibo but Goibibo refunded me less amount.
I tried to contact with their customer care specialist but there IVR never connected the call.
Also tried to connect through web chat but no luck.
So beware to book any flight ticket with this website!

I recently traveled from north india to South india. I used goibibo to book the flight tickets. I took the insurance for the travel which includes flught delay or reschedule.. And thats what exactly happened they canceled my connecting flight and gave me a ticket wich leaves after 8 hours from the layover airport..
I tried to claim the insurance but i can't fine anywhere the claim option and i tries to contact the customer care but we can't.. All automated answers..
So don't book from goibibo ever.. The worst company i ever saw
