I can’t believe how my review has been removed!
My daughter received mouldy hairy dead flowers for a gift! Don’t you get it?? Late delivery excuses doesn’t warrant what she received! I wish I kept the photos if I can find them on iCloud I will post them on here!
I paid a lot of money and no there was nothing else you could do to rectify it. Dead flowers were a shock to receive and not delivered on the day I paid for.
I will never use this company again. Nor recommend anyone to! What a let down! Then you send a reply to the review you tried to put things right, well no I had to go through PayPal to get my refund as you totally ignored my complaint!

Quick and easy site to use. Flowers arrived on time.
Marked down a star as the Email you sent to say the flowers were dispatched was address Mrs Diane Scott the recipient not Mrs Caroline Scott the sender.

Very disappointed with one of the boquets and very disatisfied with the customer service experience. My sister's flowers were not what I had ordered, half of them were dead, and the majority was green filler. Emailed customer service and they said it looked sparse as there were lots of buds and they would fill out. Did not address the dead flowers, or offer to send any more flowers which is what I asked for. I have been a customer for years sending flowers to my family and will never use this service again.

I did not see the flowers but the recipient was very happy with them. She said they were fresh when they arrived and lasted for about a week. They made the comment that the flowers did not arrive in water. Not sure whether this is normal or not.
Good service as usual. Thank You.

Very disappointed! My husband works abroad and ordered these flowers from Flowerfete for our 30th Anniversary. Unfortunately they didn't arrive on the day and he contacted them to complain and was passed off with an email saying the website states allow up to 1-2 days for delivery after your requested date! Surely this defeats the object of sending flowers for a special occasion! To make matters worse when I received them the next afternoon, they were not what he ordered (starburst, medium size bunch). There wasn't a rose or Lilly in site, and it was a very small bunch of pale pink and lilac more befitting a garage forecourt! He again emailed them informing them of this and as of yet no reply! Dreadful service and even worse customer service!

I used Flowerfete for the first time this week to order flowers for my mother in laws birthday. When ordering you are guided to choose a delivery date which I did, however the flowers didn't arrive on the date selected.
When I called and asked why, they immediately said I had chosen a postal item and they had 2 business days to deliver, they have no control over Royal Mail. I fully understand that and if that had been clear when ordering I would have chosen another company or option, however this was not the case. I personally feel their website misled and in-fact completely mis-sold their services! Why allow you to choose a delivery date if they are not guaranteeing the delivery will happen on that date? Its a completely pointless function.
I asked for a refund as the flowers are no use to me a day late, I was told NO, they will be delivered today at some point. Hopefully this will help someone else from wasting their money. Don't use, you may well be just as disappointed as I was...

Be careful where it says pick your delivery date because the delivery date is not the delivery date. The company seems to be able to understand the difference between what and delivery date is and what an estimated date of arrival is.
They handled my complaint about this poorly in my opinion.
The goods s are not value for money:
The vase at £4.95 is flimsy plastic.
The bunch of flowers themselves I could have got for £5 from Sainsbury's. This is an appalling Bunch for £28
The "luxury gift card" at £2.95 is a white piece of card printed with my message. I sent them a picture.
The 'tub' of retro sweets at £3.95 has a handful of sweets in it.
This is the worst florist service I have ever used in my life.
In response to my complaint they disagreed it was poor value for money. This is what they said....
“Having reviewed the image you have kindly provided, we can advise that the item delivered is within our expectations, having being made to excellent value and a great example of the kind of arrangements that our florists create.
As such, we are unable to proceed further with your complaint. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause."
So I pointed out that to THEM it was value for money but not for me. Terrible, terrible company.

Terrible services. Unable to read their emails with all the information and unable to deliver the day I asked and I paid for. Still the flowers haven't been delivered.
Additional comment to your answer:
I try to reach you all day at your phone but nobody is answering! The flowers are not delivered yet and nobody has contacted with the receiver! Your 100% unable to satisfy your customers
