Like everyone else , clearly I’m not going on holiday today .. unlike everyone else (although they still haven’t received a refund ) I haven’t heard a thing , no email , no phone call nothing !!!!!!!

Can’t get hold of them to even request a refund! Same as everyone else all we had was an e mail telling us to contact OUR insurance! Appalling customer service! I had two other holidays booked with my local independent travel agent and these have been sorted straight away - shame on you Fleetway Travel!

Like everyone else our trip was cancelled due to covid-19, we have been trying to contact Fleetway and can not get through for love nor money! We received an email out of the blue stating that we contacted our insurance as they have cancelled our holiday, we had no other information on the email and can’t get a response so we can’t even provide our insurance with any information to start a claim! Looks like we will be in a small claims court! What a disgrace of a company

Since i am from the US i dont think contacting ABTA or filing in small claims court will do any good. Fleetway is not responding to any correspondence nor are the answering their phone. The dropped off the face of the earth since the pandemic hit. Please do not use this company ever. They are lining their pockets with free money and ripping people off of their hard earned money.

Similar issue with Fleetway as everyone else. Holiday cancelled, refund promised in 5 days. Nothing has happened and impossible to contact them. Trying a disputed payment claim with Barclaycard but just as hard to contact. Next stop ABTA. Don’t see an insurance claim succeeding until these avenues have been exhausted. Have previously had good experiences with Fleetway, but they obviously they don’t expect to be around when all this is over.

The Boss of ABTA have said today that all travel agents should refund money in full so we now need Fleetway to respond and tell us when we will get our refunds. It is a legal requirement

Unless you want to be ignored and to lose money do not use fleetway. The cancelled our trip due to covid 19. Their T and Cs say they will refund your money. They denied my request then have not returned my subsequent calls and emails. They are keeping my money. Horrible customer service. Since booking and getting a cancellation i found they are stiffing many others. Also, past reviews say that many who have gone on trips had terrible experiences. Use another travel agent.

How can you, with good conscious, keep your clients money. Your policy says we have a right to a refund if you cancel AND YOU DID CANCEL. What didvyou do with our money? Gamble it away? You didnt have to pay for flights, you didnt have to pay hotel, transportation ir meals. You mock us by keeping our money. Im sure you are laughing over your clear profit. If i can give any of you looking to book with fleetway...DO NOT. They are dishonest.

The corona virus has caused fleetway to cancel our trip. They sent out an email stating we needed to file a claim with our insurance company even though fleetways terms and condtions promises a refund if they cancel. They refuse so i contacted my insurance and was told i need documentation direct from them stating the date, cost and reason for cancellation. Fleetway has not fulfilled my request so i cannot file a claim. They have not had any expenses for the trip i was supposed to take so the money they made off of me was 100 percent profit. This is the worse company ever.

You will not get your money back from this company despite their terms and conditions. I would sue them but i live in the usa so the took my thousands andcare most likely enjoying my hatd earned money and i got nothing in return but disappointment. This company is garbage. STOP, don't use Fleetway. My trip was almost 2000 dollars. The cancelled my trip because of covid 19. I have tried every means possible to get them to return my money and they do not respond. This has been going on for weeks. Their policy says if they cancel they will refund. It is like the compant disappeared. I am out my money and so are many many other ppl. I took out travel insurance and that is useless too as they are not responding either. Use another travel agent if you know what is best.

Who wants to lose their money? If the answer is you, then book with fleetway. They cancelled my trip via email because if covid 19. Absolutely disgusted with customer services. We phoned due to our holiday been cancelled because of COVID19. We asked if we could have a full refund back as they cancelled the holiday. The lady on the phoned laughed as us and told us no. She kept shouting at us down the phone and told us to be quite. I'm in absolute shock about her attitude and behaviour. I understand they are under a lot of pressure but there is no need to be so rude! Im also very upset that they are refusing to give us our money back. The lady on the phone laughed and said it was in their bank account and we couldn't have it back. When it very clearly states on their policy if the holiday is cancelled due to a major incident we would receive a full refund. I feel let down, upset and shocked by the whole situation.

If i could rate them lower, i would. Almost nonexistent service from the management and customer service teams. The few email responses i received were autoresonses. I have requested they provide their complaints procedure several times, they have not called back nor passed the info on to the appropriate person. I have sent several emails and made many phone call attemts. They will not refund my vacation money even though there is a government banning travel to Italy. According to their terms and conditions this would be considered a major cancellation reason. They are violating their own terms and conditions with their 'because we can do what we want' attitude. They offered me a useless credit for 2 years or I claim through my insurance, which by the way does not cover the corona virus. I will contact small claims court to try and get my money back and explore other avenues for help. DO NOT USE FLEETWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
